⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best dinners we had in Lampedusa. At Sirio, we found exactly what you're looking for when you come to Lampedusa: exceptional ingredients, authentic flavors, and a cuisine that showcases the seafood without overdoing it. We started with spectacular red prawns, incredibly sweet and fresh, and truly excellent marinated anchovies, delicate and perfectly balanced. Special mention for the Lampedusan-style spaghetti: intense, flavorful, rich in Mediterranean aromas, and probably one of the dishes we'll remember most from our vacation. Truly delicious. Next, the mackerel, cooked to perfection and served in a simple yet very successful way: once again, the quality of the seafood takes center stage. Attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere, and top-notch cuisine. A restaurant that showcases Lampedusa through its flavors and is definitely worth a visit. Absolutely the best restaurant in Lampedusa! ​If you're looking for a truly excellent culinary experience in Lampedusa, Ristorante Sirio is a must-see. ​I want to give a huge shout-out to the entire staff: they were truly fantastic, with a kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism that is unparalleled. They welcome you with incredible warmth and make you feel pampered throughout the dinner. ​I don't eat fish, but they were incredibly attentive, offering me several alternative options with impeccable attention. I opted for the Pasta alla Norma, and it was a revelation: without exaggeration, the best I've ever had! The eggplant was expertly fried, incredibly crispy and flavorful... I swear, not even on Alessandro Borghese's TV shows have I ever seen a dish prepared so well! My father, on the other hand, ordered the fish and confirmed without hesitation that it was the best restaurant on the entire island in terms of quality and flavor. ​The setting is beautiful, elegant, and meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. A huge thank you to all the staff for making the evening memorable with their extraordinary work. Highly recommended in every way! I haven't visited the rooms, but my grandparents, who recommended this restaurant to us, have visited them three times, so I can only imagine: amazing.

Probably one of the best restaurants in Lampedusa, if not the best. Sirio embodies quality, refinement, and customer service, making you feel pampered from the moment you arrive until the final farewell. We had two fried octopus dishes on creamed potatoes (excellent), a pasta dish with tuna ragù, and another with a red mullet, fennel, and raisin sauce that was divine. And don't leave without trying their homemade cannoli.

A gem of Lampedusa, located in the island's old port. A splendid, spacious terrace and a relaxed atmosphere welcomed us. The waiters recognized us without even having to give our names, making us feel right at home! The menu is simple and carefully selected, but offers a variety of seafood options. The fish is incredibly fresh: from raw red shrimp to baked snapper. We recommend all the dishes because they're all delicious and well worth the effort. Andrea and Vittoria in the dining room pampered us, finishing with a much-appreciated courtesy discount. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect restaurant with efficient and friendly service and quality food served with style. We had fried octopus and grouper tartare as an appetizer, seafood carbonara with tuna and swordfish, and monkfish for the main course. Dessert was almond parfait and cannoli, all homemade. Everything was accompanied by a white wine made with Zibibbo grapes. Everything was truly excellent.

The restaurant menu features a few expertly prepared dishes with unique flavors! We highly recommend it.
