Hotel Santa Lucia In Minori

Beautiful looking hotel. Great rooms, clean, and with great amenities. The AC is working all day so you can have a nice cool room when you get back. The breakfast is not the most diverse, but considering Italians only drink a coffee and have something sweet for breakfast, it has enough options.

Beautiful location with a beautiful view. The service and breakfast was great and the beach was just a few minutes away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience and a very nice stay. I highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Breakfast spread was excellent. The room was really nice and quiet - we heard some other guests complain of noise near their rooms so maybe we got lucky :) But the room itself was super clean. We were in one of the apartments. We were very glad that we chose Minori over the busier towns. It was super easy to take the ferry to them but they were SO crowded and overwhelming, so it was very nice to return to the smaller and more peaceful Minori.

This is a top class family run hotel with excellent rooms, fabulous staff and an amazing restaurant. We stayed in May and July and we are already looking forward to going back again..

Weekend obtained from a very intense working moment. The Santa Lucia di Minori is certainly an excellent choice for those who intend to try the experience of a moment on the coast. This time, due to problems on the website during the booking phase (I read one thing on the screen but booked another), I stayed in a room outside the structure. There is too much difference between what is found in the hotel and the external room, present in a private building. The room in question, although well furnished, has some critical issues: upon entry there is a strong musty smell, the TV, even if the card is inserted, does not use channel synchronization, the bedside tables are too high, forcing you to get up from the bed to get something on top. The room has a kettle for herbal tea or coffee, but it does not come with water or a water bottle provided for use. It is located in a private building and therefore the reception is far away and can be contacted by telephone. There is no elevator. It cannot be booked with any discounts, although it does not have the 4-star requirements of the main structure. This time around, even though I wanted to blame myself for the malfunctioning of the site, things went badly. A 4-star hotel of the height of the Santa Lucia, which I still consider one of the best in Minori for the services offered and the friendliness and professionalism with the customer, cannot afford to go down in level. I suggest offering the external room on low-cost platforms (the room should be offered at a maximum of 100 euros per night), inserting delicate air fresheners that can absorb the musty stench when the door is opened, synchronizing the TV channels, place a bottle of water supplied by the kettle and replace the bedside tables, placing them low. In truth, the staff had offered me a room in the hotel, given my disappointment in learning that I would not be staying in the chosen structure, but at the time of the visit, the cleaning team was at work and the offered room which was free, was located right near the laundry and cleaning materials storage. The traffic of the workers and the noise of the washing machine made it less attractive. However, despite the stressful experience sante, I recommend Santa Lucia. Technology has now made everything fast and functional, but moments of malfunction do happen. I reported by phone that I was having problems online, asking if I could make a phone reservation. If my request had been accepted, I would have still spent 213 euros, but in the chosen structure, the one I like in Minori.

Very good, great location. They have parking if you have a car. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was good. I recommend it
