A beautifully located hotel—great for both passing through and a short trip. The rooms are clean and spacious, the spa is amazing, and the breakfast is perfect!
But there's one thing I find outstanding, especially in these times!
There was a small discrepancy at check-out that was resolved so perfectly by the manager herself! That was perfect service, and nothing but praise is in order.

Let's say I love Vipiteno. I have stayed in various hotels in this lovely town.
The Rosskopf hotel far exceeded my expectations, it has a strong point, its location from where you can reach the city center and many other services within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and soundproofed but above all kept tidy and clean by the cleaning staff.
It has a small wellness center with Turkish bath, two Finnish saunas, one of which has a more pleasant temperature, a large hydromassage tub and a rest room, all very clean.
The restaurant, delicious and well prepared food, there are photos to prove it.
Congratulations to all the staff, the dining room staff, the chefs, but above all to the owners.
I was treated very well.

Excellent breakfast buffet, with very good coffee and everything your heart desires. The half-board evening menu was also extremely good, excellent meat and fish quality and a very varied selection of dishes - excellent, extra class!!
Very attentive, friendly staff who are very attentive to the guest and are happy to fulfill any special requests.
In general there is a very harmonious atmosphere in the whole house and we will be happy to come back!!

In a digital world, finding a non-"smart" hotel is a joy (even if you have to remember to lock the room door...). Absolutely typical, delicious and impeccable. The room (huge and quiet even if it was a bit complicated to have the right temperature 😅), the breakfast (superb), the dinner (refined), the small wellness center (very clean and relaxing). I already miss it! Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and hospitality! I hope to return soon!!!
EDIT: One year later, I confirm everything I had written, perhaps in the winter months a kettle in the room would be useful 😉
