Excellent hotel that welcomes you with courtesy and professionalism

Good hotel, certainly not 4 star, some table service not impeccable, such as wine without a bucket and not on the table at dinner and you also have to request water

In a digital world, finding a non-"smart" hotel is a joy (even if you have to remember to lock the room door...). Absolutely typical, delicious and impeccable. The room (huge and quiet even if it was a bit complicated to have the right temperature 😅), the breakfast (superb), the dinner (refined), the small wellness center (very clean and relaxing). I already miss it! Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and hospitality! I hope to return soon!!! EDIT: One year later, I confirm everything I had written, perhaps in the winter months a kettle in the room would be useful 😉

Great breakfast buffet and attentive staff for special requests. Super class. We traveled a lot and only had dinner once. The menu was top notch. Excellent taste, very nice combination and the dessert mmmmmhhh.

Excellent location near the center. Clean rooms need to improve the services to be 4 stars, some services such as fridge and teapot and more bathroom accessories are missing. Excellent cuisine with local products. Another nice chalet at the arrival point of the Monte Cavallo funicular.

Hotel a stone's throw from the center of Vipiteno, clean, welcoming and friendly staff. I highly recommend.

In a 4 star hotel there is no such thing as a mini bar in the room. Very small and noisy wellness centre.

Great hotel, centrally located, nice rooms and good breakfast. Parking at the hotel.
