I've read some reviews that make me doubt that some people have stayed at the Hotel Rosamarina. I've been coming to San Giovanni Rotondo for years, and my choice is always and exclusively this hotel. The rooms, the service, the quality and quantity of food, the cleanliness, and much more are definitely not 3-star, but 5-star. Words can't describe the helpfulness and affection shown by the owners and the entire staff. It's definitely a plus that makes me want to return with enthusiasm.
