The Ristourant Valadess at Lanss con Oubergi is a restaurant you'd never expect to find in a small town like Ceres. The quality is medium-high, the service is friendly and attentive, and the dishes are all excellent, prepared with local products (often from their own garden). An amuse bouche welcomes you, and a plate of desserts concludes an excellent dinner. The restaurant is also rightfully featured in the Michelin Guide. I won't comment on the hotel because I don't have enough information to write a review.

Elegant restaurant with few seats, also open for lunch. Parking 5 minutes from the venue. Friendly staff and attentive to our needs. Lunch for two adults and two children. As a welcome, an aubergine meatball, omelette and peppers. First courses: tagliolini with mushrooms (morels), potato gnocchi with basil sauce and herbs. Second courses: lamb with a side dish of potatoes, asparagus with cheese fondue, sweetbreads. Olive pâté and butter, both to be served on excellent 4/5 types of bread. Vast cart with cheeses. Inviting. Petit patisserie of the house.

19/08/2025: The location is truly remarkable, perfect for a dinner for two. Even though the place is very large, the play of mirrors and lights, the columns and the furniture give the feeling of extraordinary intimacy. The dishes are good, you can feel the quality of the raw materials. Everything is clean and polished. Kind and competent staff. We will definitely be back.
