Posto da favola..menu valdostano prezzi nella media ..d'inverno con la neve che scende uno spettacolo..si può girare a piedi il borgo vicino al ristorante e scattare delle bellissime foto

Abbiamo festeggiato la fine del 2024 in questo locale molto rustico ma gradevole e in fin della fiera è ciò che ci si aspetta da un ristorante in una piccolissima frazione che conta poche anime. Gli antipasti buoni e vari. Ottimi gli gnocchetti al burro e salvia e le lasagne al radicchio e bleu d’Aoste serviti come primi. Purtroppo poi si è passati ai secondi… il brasato sarebbe stato perfetto, per cottura e consistenza della salsa, ma era freddo, così come il purè che l’accompagnava. Pessimo il filetto: non solo freddo, ma anche tagliato troppo sottile, troppo cotto e nervoso. Il dolce discreto: anche a lui qualche grado in più non avrebbe fatto male. Personale per lo più molto giovane e non molto esperto, comunque sempre cordiale e sorridente. Conto più che corretto, considerando anche i fuochi d’artificio compresi nel prezzo.

We received a warm welcome and the service was very pleasant. The starter was veal carpacio, the starter was tagliatelle with wild bolognese (very economical) and the second course was rabbit - you should know that we only cut 1/4 of a rabbit into small pieces and then gnaw on them. You have to be very careful to get to the little meat. We also had the braised leg of lamb, although more slices were cut off the leg. As a side dish there were vegetables and polenta, the latter tasted a little sweet and spicy, like semolina balls. For dessert there was apricot spelled cake – very tasty. The dining room was very cozy, but it was a shame that they wanted to give us a seat in the last dark corner, even though there was still something free at the front. We only got a nicer seat when we asked. Window sills should also be cleaned of dust. Price performance was good

Stayed there for one night. Price for the room too high. The food is excellent and the portions are completely sufficient, the prices are on the lower side, the staff is courteous and the boss is very friendly. Location is really fantastic.
We would book again.
The only point of criticism: Dogs have no place in a dining room, but I understand that the owners are in a bit of a dilemma as they don't want to scare away guests.
