Every single meter was worth it.
The owner was extremely kind and friendly.
I found this place based on the excellent reviews for its typical Aosta Valley food.
I tried everything.
Truly excellent.
The polenta with carbonada was simply amazing.
The cabbage and fontina soup was truly delicious.
The dessert was exquisite.
Everything was made fresh with genuine products.
I will definitely be back.

Excellent location, lucky those who get a room with a terrace overlooking the mountains, excellent traditional cuisine, they accept dogs (we went with 2 gold retrievers, clean rooms. Plenty for walking or snowshoeing with dogs in tow. Good hospitality, we will definitely be back

We visited this restaurant with our family (with two small children). The lunch was truly excellent. We had a traditional appetizer, polenta concia and gnocchi al Blu, agnolotti with tomato sauce, and two desserts. Everything was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The view of the mountains from the restaurant is truly beautiful!
It's definitely worth it; we hope to return!

The restaurant is truly fabulous; we ate there two nights in a row because it's worth it. Very fair prices, generous portions, and superb quality. We particularly recommend the fettuccine with wild boar ragù and the braised venison, which are a must-have pairing with the equally extraordinary polenta concia. Truly, congratulations!

A little piece of paradise where silence reigns, muffled by the snow. Impeccable rooms worthy of a 5-star or higher rating. Finding even a speck of dust is mission impossible. I'll be back sooner or later.

Restaurant only: truly delicious, high-quality local products, slightly high prices but justified by the quality. Knowledgeable staff passionately explain the dishes. Family-run. I would return.

After yet another excellent culinary experience, I give it another top rating. Getting there is a bit of a hassle, but it's absolutely worth it. If you love traditional Aosta Valley cuisine, it's a must.

Excellent in every way... not close to the main road, you have to climb a long way up to get to the restaurant, but it's definitely worth it. The atmosphere is sublime, peaceful and tranquil. The classic mountain setting with wooden furnishings and inlaid wood objects made by the owner's father make the place even more welcoming. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Authentic food, local dishes, excellent polenta concia and lardo... what can I say... divine!!
