Hotel Ristorante "San Marco" In Schilpario

Hands down, the BEST restaurant in the Scalve Valley. An experience I would recommend without hesitation. The owners are truly friendly, kind, and extremely professional. From the first moment, they make guests feel welcomed and at ease. The service is simply impeccable: attentive, fast, and never intrusive. Every gesture conveys care and passion for their work. The cuisine is the true strength: expertly prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and flavor combinations that make each course a true culinary experience. The value for money is truly excellent. Highly recommended. P.S.: They're so good that some restaurants (in the valley) try in vain to imitate their dishes.

I've been coming to Schilpario since I was born, and there's no restaurant better than San Marco! Delicious, varied dishes, plentiful, and, most importantly, perfectly priced. I return every time I pass by.

We stopped yesterday with friends, and we were a large group with lots of cars. Convenient private parking. Beautiful views. The waiters were very kind and helpful. The food was fantastic (even for me, a vegetarian!) Everything was top-notch! Highly recommended.

The welcome was excellent. The room we stayed in was perfect; we couldn't have asked for anything better. Dinner was also perfect. We ate very well and in abundance. We highly recommend this hotel, and we'll likely return.

On Sunday for lunch, we stopped by this fantastic restaurant in the heart of the Scalve Valley. We've been there before, and every time, it leaves us speechless and full! Excellent service, very friendly staff, and tasty, carefully prepared cuisine. Plus the duck breast—great recommendation! We'll definitely be back! Unfortunately, I didn't take photos. 😔

As promised in my previous review, we returned to the Hotel San Marco for dinner. I want to CONTINUE my compliments and compliments to the young, friendly, and very kind managers. We ate wonderfully, especially the venison tartare, which was delicious! And everything else was delicious too. For me, this is and will always be a must-visit in Val di Scalve. Well done, well done, well done!

After a visit to Schilpario, we decided to have lunch here on the recommendation of the locals. A lovely restaurant in a quiet and very well-kept location. The service was kind and friendly, with excellent recommendations for the dishes. The products were top-quality and the classics were served with a modern twist. I highly recommend it! Overnight stays are also available.

A simple hotel, but very nice and clean. The location is beautiful, and the outdoor space is absolutely beautiful! Sara, the woman who welcomed us, was kind and friendly. She recommended hikes and was very helpful. We're considering returning for a longer stay, since we only stayed one night this time.
