In my opinion it deserves them all
It looks like a dated hotel with some repairs but it is very well maintained and clean and for this reason alone it deserves 5 stars
Super staff, kind, polite and attentive
Excellent dinner
Abundant and good breakfast although in my opinion it lacks on the salty part but it can be overlooked
Excellent location for traveling to visit the region

Torniamo al Napoleon tutti gli anni, una volta l'anno ormai da quasi 8 anni, ed è come essere in famiglia.
Camere spaziose luminose e pulitissime, ristorazione al top, pranzo, cena e anche colazione. Non c'è nulla che non vada, è davvero come essere a casa propria, ci sentiamo amati e coccolati e ogni volta piange il cuore dover tornare a casa!

We are a couple and we spent one night, had dinner and breakfast. We had a good time both as accommodation in the room with clean bathroom, dinner with good food and breakfast. The staff and the owner Sara, all nice in their attitude. They deserve compliments from us for the work they do with simplicity and familiarity.
It was pleasant staying with you.

Good morning, first decidedly positive experience, the hotel is in an excellent position, to quickly reach many castles and cities that deserve to be visited, the owners and the staff, kind, thoughtful and attentive, the cuisine, made us rediscover old flavors and appreciating new, truly good foods, the compliments are more than deserved, we hope soon.

We used this hotel as a base for a snow weekend....
Everything really fantastic.
From the staff to the food everything without notes to make.
We had such a good time that we decided to stop for lunch the next day too.
I recommend it to everyone and I thank the structure again which supported 5 families with 8 children.....
