We didn't know about this wonderful hotel, discovered by chance in a small village of about 4,000 inhabitants. It's far superior to other more renowned, expensive, and disappointing hotels in other more famous Italian cities. Giuseppe's genius has created something unique: rooms with spacious, clean, modern bathrooms, and every comfort possible! The fully functional bar offers the option of purchasing fine local wines and grappas! Excellent and varied breakfast. A beautiful restaurant with delicious dishes of all kinds (first courses, second courses, wines, typical local desserts) at a good quality/price ratio! Excellent pizza is also available, including take-out! Free and very convenient parking nearby! Above all, however, is the friendliness and kindness of Giuseppe and all the staff. What can I say: unique. Highly recommended...

A well-deserved 5 stars for the hotel and restaurant for cleanliness, care, thoughtfulness, and helpfulness. Brand new rooms equipped with every comfort, parking close to the entrance, and an excellent and plentiful breakfast. Recommended!

It would have been funny to give a low rating, just to avoid being banal. Pino and Mimmo's welcome is worthy of a 5-star hotel. You leave home to go HOME. The raw ingredients in the dishes are excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel is so high that you could eat on the floor. At breakfast, a very affectionate lady serves you and makes sure everything went well. We've been coming here for years every time we visit my aunt :) and we have to go back for the peperone cruscooooo

Personally, the experience was exceptional. The excellent restaurant-pizzeria's quality dishes, a good selection of bottled beers, both commercial and craft, and a well-stocked wine cellar. The bar was well-stocked and functional. The rooms were spotless and well-appointed. The breakfasts were top-notch, with excellent croissants, savory options, quality juices, jams, honey, and freshly baked cakes. What more could I say? Friendliness, warmth, and professionalism? Absolutely! Highly recommended! We'll be back very soon. 💯

An exceptional hotel, meeting every possible need, with attention to detail. The room offers a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast is varied, and you can enjoy delicious cakes. The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and kind. We thank the owner, Giuseppe, who put us in touch with local artist Professor Mario Sansone and Mr. Rocco De Rosa, with whom we immersed ourselves in a beautiful journey rich in history, legends, and artistic beauty that demonstrate the creativity and vitality of the place. The location is central for reaching nearby attractions.

The staff, a young team, are courteous, honest, and discreet! You can tell they're young people who believe in this profession, who have been doing it with passion and professionalism for years, and it must be said because it's beautiful! The dishes, I'm speaking from what we ate, are all top-notch! The stuffed potatoes are a must-try, delicious! The sliced ​​entrecote, truly exceptional, I hadn't had one like that in a long time! The pizza, a simple margherita, a delight! A Sicilian cannoli, my taste buds truly exploded with joy, sublime! The draft beer was also excellent! Finally, considering the high quality of the products, I think the bill was average, maybe even below! Anyway, by browsing the menu on the website, you can easily choose and plan both your menu and your budget! And...enjoy your meal!

14/04/2026: An excellent restaurant in Matera's old town. We were seated upstairs in a charming, large vaulted room. Both the appetizers and our main courses were delicious—the only slight drawback was that one of the dishes was far too salty. Superb Italian wine list. Highly recommended.
