A beautiful hotel with an excellent location

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location and very friendly staff, room was comfortable and spacious. Rooms were noisy until the kitchen closed around midnight and the air conditioning wasn’t the best.

A very centrally located hotel with a delicious breakfast buffet to enjoy indoors or outdoors. Our room was a good size and, apart from the windowless bathroom, very bright. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of storage space. The room could have been cleaner. Drinking glasses and wooden surfaces were dusty, the kettle was left with leftover water, and some of the towels weren't completely clean. The busy street outside the windows didn't bother us. However, with the windows closed, you could hear a bit of it at night. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. The staff speaks German. You can park for free for 30 minutes near the hotel to load and unload your luggage (in a municipal parking lot where a market is held once a week). The hotel's gated and video-monitored parking lot is about a 15-minute walk away. Plenty of shopping and dining options are right on the doorstep. The hotel has its own restaurant and a rooftop bar.

Our staff have stayed here on several occasions and have raved about the property, the rooms, the cuisine, and the location. The staff is very attentive and friendly, always available to answer any of our questions. The food is truly amazing.

We ate at the restaurant, a very good pizza and a superb veal with tuna sauce. Compliments for the service and courtesy of the waiters, especially the blonde girl 😊. We'll definitely be back to try the Bistrot: #Rooftop99bistrot

The food was absolutely fine, the cleaning staff was really a bit lax and the time was off-peak.

The hotel is super central, incredibly friendly and helpful, with great food and a fantastic rooftop bar with a view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. The food up there is simply amazing, and the service is very attentive.

In the very center, warm atmosphere, recommended especially for young people

10/07/25 We had a delicious ice cream at the side of the hotel; they serve huge scoops! The lady who prepared our ice cream was also very friendly.
