The restaurant is amazing, the dishes are delicious, large, the service is great. I recommend it as a stopover for motorcyclists, even though the rooms do not have air conditioning. But the access to the restaurant from Como is great bends! I recommend it!!!

Set in the hills, it’s a windy hilly ride to the hotel. The rooms are clean and if you have lake facing, the views of the lake are awesome. Our host was really friendly, spoke good English and was always willing to help. Food was good and reasonable price.

2-star hotel with excellent value. The property is a little dated but clean. Close to Menaggio, quiet. Very welcoming staff and a significant plus: a very good on-site restaurant. And the main asset is the panoramic view of Lake Como!

On the plus side, cleanliness, rooms cleaned every day, very nice smell in the room. Unfortunately, the hotel has seen its best years, the furniture is a bit outdated, there is no air conditioning, although I don't expect miracles in this budget. The restaurant serves poor dinners, the pizza is burnt and hard, and they add 2 euros for the coperto. Breakfast is ok, small selection, two types of cold cuts, yellow cheese, two types of bread including toast, two to three juices, 3 types of sweet snacks, an egg, sliced ​​fruit, fruit yogurt, good coffee from a piston coffee maker. There are no buses on Sundays, so if you don't have a car, you will have to walk over 4 km along the road, the last bus leaves from Menaggio at 18.35, I can't imagine going up this route at night. In the category of a budget hotel it is ok.

Lovely hotel with great breakfast!

Situated in the greenery on the hill with a decent lake view, the structure shows signs of age. In any case the rooms are clean. Check-in must be done by 18:30. If you arrive late in the evening there is an extra to pay as there is no 24-hour reception. The climate is ideal where the cool of the evening is really pleasant. Courteous and helpful staff. In general adequate for a 2-star.

Very good value for money. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the staff very welcoming and professional, and the restaurant was good. The view from the balcony was incredible. Thank you again. Be careful, though, about the pool, which isn't open all year round.

Good value for money, good location near the lake 10 minutes from Menaggio. Good food too.
