Excellent welcome from the owners and staff. We had a room with a breathtaking view of the lake. It was very relaxing and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the room is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is very good and varied. It can be enjoyed on a terrace overlooking the lake. The meals are very good and very affordable. Excellent value for money.

Living in this area is very expensive, but if you make the effort to travel a few kilometers to the heights, you can get good deals. This simple hotel has a terrace with stunning views of Lake Como. As a couple for around 90 euros, we enjoyed a room that was a little dated but had excellent bedding and was very clean, a basic breakfast but with real coffee, a balcony and a free parking space. The only downside is the height of the bathroom mirror. Measuring 1m55, I could only see my hair. I would like to emphasize the kindness of the staff. I fell for two glasses from an old Sicilian brand and offered to buy them (I love bringing back glasses or ashtrays from my travels, they are souvenirs that we use every day, much better than gadgets made in China). At 10 euros for both, the lady who runs the hotel was very honest and made me very happy. In addition, she speaks English very well and is very cheerful. We did not try the restaurant. The hotel is very well located for those who want to go down to Lake Como or go hiking in the heights.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located in the hills overlooking the lake, with just 10min ride to Menaggio. Great service and kind staff. Breakfast also very good, especially if enjoyed on the balcony!

We spent Easter at Lake Como and stayed in this hotel. Excellent location with a wonderful view of the lake, Davide Tina and all the staff were very kind and helpful, the food was delicious and the pizzas were excellent. Cozy and clean rooms and this is very important, the only advice I can give and for which I didn't give the rooms 5 stars is to renovate the bathrooms and windows a little, the rest is top. The welcome for our pet was also top notch. We will definitely be back thanks to everyone

Hospitable managers, good food, clean rooms, excellent value for money. 10 minute drive from Menaggio, from which you can reach any location on the lake either by car or by ferry.

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We study in Florence and thought it would be nice to stay somewhere less crowded and quiet, and this hotel was perfect for us. Beautiful views, very helpful staff, really good food at really affordable prices, and they are very nice too. The rooms were cleaned well and were great for the price, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to travelers.

Quiet place and the food is good💕

We went for the restaurant that was a short walk from where we were staying. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They had a large variety of options in their menus, including a large selection of pizza topping. We would see them make the pizzas by hand from our tables. I ordered an octopus pasta that was seasonal. It was beyond delicious!!! They had a great deal on wine too which left me in an even better mood. The desert was very satisfying and we all left very pleased with our dinner. The staff were very sweet and spoke English well. 10/10
