Great hotel with superb breakfast buffet. Great view from the restaurant's balcony, which also was tasty. Rooms were very quiet and relaxing, although AC would be a fine addition (nonetheless it wasn't too hot). Overall great value.
Only thing to keep in mind are the busses, as they are finishing routing before 7PM and after that it's hard to reach it without the car.

We stayed for one night to explore Lake Como, we liked everything, the photos were true to reality, friendly staff, free parking, breakfast was great, there is a cafe on site, I recommend it!

Family atmosphere.
We stayed 4 days half board.
The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and good staff very clean hotel somewhat dated bathroom but well cleaned every day and what a delicious kitchen you can not eat anywhere in the area like there and then for that price really very cheap compared to Belgium also the drinks 2 euros for nice wine and 2.20 for a beer pizza very large 4 cheeses 8 euros we had the room with balcony with a view of Lake Como beautiful with a view of Varena and Bellagio

The rooms were dated, but that fit perfectly with the hotel's atmosphere. Incredibly clean! There was a shared refrigerator in the hallway. Delicious breakfast and wonderful food in the restaurant. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view. It's a shame we only booked one night.

This hotel has a beautiful view of Lake Como and an above-ground pool, perfect for cooling off after hiking in the area. A small misunderstanding at the restaurant in the evening wasn't resolved very well.

Ideally located between two peaceful villages and close to Menaggio (served by bus), this hotel is a good starting point for visiting the lakeside or hiking in the mountains.
The staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Those overlooking the lake offer magnificent views. The restaurant offers a wide variety of (good) pizzas, as well as local specialties. We particularly recommend the linguine with missultin, a fish from Lake Como.
The swimming pool, nestled in lush greenery, is obviously a welcome addition in summer. As night fell, we were able to observe deer roaming the grounds from the restaurant terrace.

Quiet hotel in nature. Very friendly staff. Parking in front of the hotel. Room needs updating but is functional. Excellent restaurant. Good value for money.
