Food: Pizzas with generous toppings, but unfortunately, out of eight pizzas, two were burned and three were undercooked. Desserts were good. Service: Unpleasant incident with an unprofessional waitress. Ambience: Clean and tidy. At 10:08 PM, we left the restaurant on a Saturday night and they were pulling down the shutters.

Nice atmosphere, delicious and well-garnished pizzas. As for the service, nothing to say, attention to detail and cleanliness of the place itself (ditto for the bathrooms). I particularly appreciate the new well-curated menu, normal prices for what you eat and drink (special wine)!!! I will definitely return

This restaurant has demonstrated its ability to evolve over time, always maintaining a high level of quality. ## Personal The staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. Their presence is constant and they are always ready to help and advise as best as possible. Particularly worth mentioning is Patrick, the innovator of the place, who has shown a real passion in improving the quality of the customer experience (and also of the wine list!) ## Kitchen The kitchen offers an abundant variety of dishes for both lunch and dinner. The menu is accessible and well-structured, with a touch of quality that sets it apart from its competitors. The desserts prepared are a true delicacy, thanks to the culinary skill of Ivonne, the author of some desserts. The renewal of the evening menu was a turning point. The new dishes are much more refined and refined, offering a gastronomic experience of the highest level. They are truly worth trying and represent a great way to discover new nuances of flavours. ## Wines The wine selection has been completely revised by Patrick, with excellent results. The wine list is well assorted, offering good variety without being excessive. Some bottles are particularly valuable, demonstrating the care taken by the producer in their choice. ## Environment and Innovation The staff shows a real desire for change and creation of an environment different from the usual.
