Excellent hotel. The carpet is everywhere, soft underfoot. The key card to open the room door is left on the wall inside the room, with a small blue light that stays on all night. There was no hot chocolate for breakfast.

A beautiful hotel in the style of an old Italian villa, nestled at the foot of the mountains. The area is beautiful, with a unique atmosphere and stunning views. Logistically, it's also very well-located, very close to Lakes Como and Garda, as well as major cities and towns. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, thanks to the staff, who ensure everything is of a high standard every day. The receptionist is always available to help with any problems and sort everything out. The breakfast server has everything under control and brews the best coffee in the area. Places and people like this make you want to return to Italy.

I'm very happy with the hotel. Extremely clean, friendly staff, and a great location for excursions. Buses to Brescia and Desenzano are right outside the door. I don't need anything else. TOP

The hotel is very nice, in a great location, close to Lake Garda, Como, Bergamo, and Milan (a 1.5-hour drive). It's clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, the hotel staff is friendly and high-quality, with continental and typically Italian "sweet" breakfasts and delicious coffee (the lady serving breakfast is THE BEST!).

We always stay at this hotel whenever we stop in Brescia. It's a beautiful villa, and we love the rooms, with wooden furnishings and carpeting. They're clean and equipped with every comfort. There's ample parking and an elevator. Breakfast is plentiful, with homemade cakes. The dining room is bright and airy, and the owner is very friendly... and so is his poodle, Pedro... SO CUTE! It's always a pleasure to return.
