Hotel Ristorante Kristall In Ariano irpino

I celebrated my 38th birthday there, and it couldn't have been better. A spectacular place you wouldn't imagine when you arrive at Ariano Irpino, unforgettable food, and a very warm, friendly, and attentive service. A unique experience for the 65 guests who traveled from Spain. We'll definitely be back!

We went for a baptism, nothing special, I would have no reason to return.

Superb! Great location, apart from the wedding noise, I really liked the hotel 👍 The only downside is no breakfast before the staff arrives at 8am, but it's the holidays 😊

I've been to this place more than twice (I'm going back tonight) for a graduation, a 50th birthday, and today for a wedding anniversary. The place is perfect, spotlessly clean (even the bathroom). It has many rooms and a huge garden complete with a pool and tables, armchairs, chairs, etc. The menu is mainly seafood-based. I obviously recommend going there for any important celebrations, especially because the staff is really kind.

The interior is ok, excellent rooms, the bathrooms are a bit narrow and there is no one to clean them after uncivilized people go to the bathroom on the floor, the food is too processed, a 6 but it's like everywhere else nowadays. The exterior is EXCELLENT for me, the owner is kind as always, excellent service...

Mixed experiences. Reviewing Kristall is truly difficult, because after several experiences here, I've always had contrasting lunches and dinners. The certainties are definitely the location and the service: both are commendable. The problems arise with the food, particularly some dinners that have been bland, with less-than-fresh ingredients and poorly crafted pairings. Other times, I've found dishes expertly prepared, with top-quality ingredients. It depends a lot on the type of evening/day, but all in all, it's a must-try in the area.

Wonderful location for weddings and other events, friendly staff, the only flaw is the rooms that could use some maintenance. Too bad the restaurant is only open for events.
