I often and happily stay at this beachfront hotel. The owners, Paolo and his wife, and Carmela, are very nice and especially kind. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located on the beach, so it's very conveniently located. The rooms are spacious and always spotless. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is excellent!

Il ristorante, o Lido Ristobar, adesso si trova staccato dalla struttur alberghiera ma offre una buona cucina. Ci siamo stati per due giorni a pranzo e cena e, anche se il menu' e' limitato, ci hanno fatto mangiare bene. A richiesta, abbiamo mangiato le alici arrosto anche se non erano sul menu del giorno. Gentilezza e cortesia. Ottima gelateria. Consiglierei delle sedie piu comode (alte).

Ristorante La Panoramica

27/06/2025: Really nice hotel just a few blocks from Ortigia. The service is very welcoming and there for anything you might need. The room was large and had everything you could need. Just one note on noise, if your room is on the first floor (2nd in the US), you may hear breakfast/dinner service. Not ideal but nothing I could do about that! The only stress we had was trying to find parking in the morning to load the luggage when we were leaving, but that is just the dynamic of the area and still far easier than somewhere within Ortigia itself.
22/06/2025: Compliments for all! The service was top-notch and the staff were attentive and very friendly. Special shout-out to Martina, Valentina, and Gabriele. Thanks to the talented chef Valentina Gali for her subtle cuisine that delighted our taste buds. I highly recommend it!
