when you're out and about, visiting woods and lakes and at a certain point, when it's time for lunch, you start to peek at what's nearby.
The area offers nothing, there is little to see but... the pleasant discovery of this restaurant, the very good waitress and the excellent food, to be recommended...

Conoscendo il posto ho deciso di portare dei miei parenti per il pranzo di ferragosto, camerieri super disponibili, servizio veloce e impeccabile, cibo buonissimo partendo dal prosciutto di villagrande per poi passare ai culurgioni fatti a mano, maialetto squisito è un altra infinita’ di cose una più buona dell’altra. I prezzi sono onestissimi e il posto è molto carino e tanto accogliente…insomma siamo rimasti tutti contentissimi. Consiglio

Knowing the place, I decided to bring some of my relatives for mid-August lunch, super helpful waiters, fast and impeccable service, delicious food starting from the Villagrande ham and then moving on to the handmade culurgini, exquisite suckling pig is another infinite number of things one better than the other. The prices are very honest and the place is very nice and very welcoming... in short we were all very happy. Advise

We went to this very welcoming place on August 15th to enjoy some excellent local dishes, and so it was.
We are all super satisfied with this culinary experience starting from the appetizers such as the typical Villagrande ham, very good and tasty, the culurgioni excellent as every time we come to this place, the suckling pig cooked to perfection and very tasty, accompanied by the delicious roasted potatoes, very good myrtle semifreddo. Very honest price, highly recommended

Ferragosto 2024 exceptional!!
I went for lunch with my family. As soon as we arrived a waitress made us sit at our table, when it was time to sit down they set the table for us with a vast array of appetizers.
The exceptional raw ham such as coppa, salami, pancetta and bacon.
Delicate and tasty fresh cheeses.
Already full from a very abundant appetizer, the famous Ogliastra culurgioni arrived which were a unique delicacy.
To finish on a high note with a roast suckling pig that melted in your mouth.
I forgot....all accompanied by an excellent wine!
Location with excellent view of the lake.
Highly recommended.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and had a really great meal.
Unfortunately the photo is of empty plates because they were so good that we ate them immediately: malloreddus alm'ogliastrina and tagliatelle with wild boar and hare ragù.
Then a salad and baked potatoes and finally the myrtle semifreddo shown in the photo, delicious.
The very kind lady and the really nice place
