Nice location and ok rooms. Be careful with the lunch/work menus. They are really generous portions! Consider whether you only have a first course or a second course. Everything is delicious!

The Restaurant. IL, and not a restaurant like others. Structure: an old tenement in the Tortonese countryside (or Derthonese in Latin) renovated and well maintained. Splendid to look at, with stone walls. Super Beautiful interiors, late 19th century style but without exaggerating with exposed wood and coffered ceiling. Come on. Waiting staff: super super super. Attendance Without being intrusive and very competent. Dishes: the carpaccio is sublime, the potato gnocchi with fondue are superb, the Agnolotti are a must and the buffalo mozzarella braised in Barolo exceptional. Barolo cannot be commented on: a spectacle.

Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo di lavoro in settimana. Ambiente accogliente. Possibilità di pranzare alla carta oppure menù di lavoro. Ottima scelta tra vari primi, secondi e contorni; oppure piatti unici. Tutti i piatti sono buoni e ben cucinati. Ottimo servizio ai tavoli. Parcheggio adiacente.

06/05/2025: I usually go to dinner in this place at the beginning of the week, always very quiet, very kind and friendly owners, little waiting, good food for me, it's 5 stars!!
21/04/2025: Quality raw materials and excellent wine. Welcoming and kind staff. The timing for the arrival of the dishes was correct and consistent with what we had ordered. Clean and tidy environment. We will definitely be back!

26/04/2025: Sia piatti tradizionali che piatti originali, entrambi ottimi, in un locale particolare, ottimo servizio. Consigliato!
25/04/2025: È stata una bellissima esperienza, inaspettata ma entusiasmante. Un menu insolito e al tempo stesso tradizionale, la fusione equilibrata tra innovazione e consuetudine. La location è curata, anch’essa particolare, un locale che si affaccia su una veduta collinare perfetta. Per concludere, ma avrei dovuto metterli per primi, i Proprietari che ci hanno accolti non come clienti ma come Ospiti! Solitamente mi piace sperimentare e cambiare, ma questo locale rimane nella lista delle cose che vorrò ripetere.
