Hotel Ristorante Il Belvedere In Torno

Tried both the hotel (2 nights) and the restaurant. Highly recommend both! - the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean - the view from the room cannot be better - it was just perfect - location cannot be better - the ferry stops literally in front of the hotel. And the village itself feels so authentic! - staff was very polite and competent - the restaurant of the hotel is waterfront and was absolute top notch! Features a very good wine list that a wine lover would appreciate!

The location is dangerous in terms of the view and the place, but reaching it is difficult and the car cannot reach it. Parking is far away and getting down is a walk of about 200 meters. However, the receptionist and the hotel staff dealt with it in a sophisticated and beautiful manner.

Fabulous experience at the restaurant. Quality of food and drink was superb, friendliest and most helpful staff and very accommodating for our young child. Also a beautiful setting and view. Grazie mille!

Hotel located in Torno right on the water, a bay for boats. A beautiful place, local without crowds among local people. Next to a local restaurant. Around beautiful views and peace. Hotel renovated and very nice. Breakfasts tasty :) I recommend!

this hotel was fantastic! the restaurant was good, but not super memorable besides the octopus. although this may be because fine dining isn’t my favourite, but it was overall good. our experience was a bit tainted at the start because there were lots of ants crawling on our table, the plates, and on us, but of course, the staff cannot control this. she was fantastic and got us moved, though we did ask another server a couple times too, but he seemed new. we were probably just seated in the wrong spot, for this time of year, but it would be good if the overhead tarp covered more of the dining area, especially at this price point, but the view was incredible. after we moved further inside, we had a better night. the woman that served us was fantastic, the service really shined at this location in the restaurant and hotel. the staff made this location memorable. the room and breakfast were our favourite parts of our stay. lots of options and a long breakfast period 7-10 (i believe). i would recommend the room we stayed in as well, it had a semi-private seating area and joined the shared terrace but there were no guests on the terrace for the duration of our stay; it was pretty much private. the room was very spacious and comfortable as well.

We only ate at the restaurant one lunchtime with a superb view from the terrace, impeccable service and 0 mistakes on the dishes. If we have the opportunity to come back to Como we will come back to this restaurant! THANKS!!

Very, very nice hotel. The location is wonderful, Torno is a perfect hotel on the lake shore. The staff from the reception to the restaurant were very attentive and warm. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the bed was also very comfortable. The lake view from the room was very enjoyable. I really loved the hotel restaurant. All the food was delicious without exception, especially the octopus was very nice. The service was very good and attentive. The staff was very attentive. They helped me very well in choosing the food and explained it. The prices may be a bit high but it was normal for this service. Breakfast was included. It was a buffet that opened between 8-10 in the morning. It had a very sufficient and nice breakfast. The cheese varieties were very nice. The parking lot was in a different place due to the location of the hotel. You are asked to call when you reach the location they send you before you arrive at the hotel. An officer comes and directs you to the parking lot. 20 Euros per night. The view and service are perfect. A hotel that I would like to come back to. Also, the hotel owners are a Turkish family, originally from Sivas, they were very warm. I definitely recommend it.
