The place is magnificent, with attention to detail and a welcoming, super-pleasant atmosphere.
The food was truly delicious, with carefully prepared dishes and impeccable service.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a big smile and taken on a tour of the restaurant.
They showed us the splendid cellar built by the father and the beautiful garden!
We sampled three appetizers and first courses: the handmade Ascoli olives and the pasta were surprisingly good and beautifully presented.
The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel like family.
We'll definitely be back❣️

A hotel and restaurant converted from an ancient convent is already unusual, but if you visit, you'll realize the owners are serious people who know how to do their job with passion and professionalism. We only went for dinner (but if that's the case, the rooms must be just as excellent).
Very local appetizer: Galantine, Ascoli olives (the best I've ever tasted), Russian salad and giardiniera (pickled vegetables) grown in the restaurant. Grilled vegetables
First course: Pappardelle with rabbit ragù. Extremely delicate, and the egg pasta is also homemade.
Second course: Beef fillet in green pepper sauce.
Crostone with fossa cheese and red onion jam!
For dessert, Cantuccini biscuits and a glass of Vino Cotto.
The final bill was very fair, especially considering the bottle of Rosso Conero Riserva AGONTANO.
BRAVI. You're our new favorite restaurant in the Marche region. We'll definitely be back.

I only ate here, and it was a bit disappointing. The mixed meat appetizer was rather meager for what you usually get and nothing special. The ravioli with saffron sauce was equally disappointing. The time between the appetizer and the main course was also very long.
The fact that there were four (!) dogs on the relatively small terrace didn't help my overall sense of well-being.
