A very pleasant hotel with a perfect location not far from the beach and the center of the town. The rooms are smaller, but clean, the breakfast rich and tasty. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Free parking behind the hotel.

Hotel is very clean and perfectly held. The service is one of the best and the workers are very nice and friendly.

I stayed with my family for just one night on Easter Saturday and I must say that we had a really good time. Very convenient parking behind the hotel, clean room, with new bathroom that looks like it has just been renovated, large shower. Our room also had a beautiful lake view. Really abundant breakfast, I think one of the best I've ever tried. All the staff extremely kind and friendly. Excellent location, on the lakefront, a couple of minutes on foot and you are in the center of Desenzano. Excellent value for money.

I am traveling with my 9 year old daughter In the Summer would definitely win this hotel because of its good location Unfortunately it has been raining for a week Since we are so reliant on the hotel, we don't have a lobby area to hang out The hallways smell unpleasantly damp The rooms need to be renovated, cupboards are damaged, paint is coming off the ceiling in the bathroom In the The bottom of the toothbrush cup has white residue from other guests' toothpaste There's nothing cozy here - just functional, which, as I said, is totally sufficient in summer I advise against this hotel in spring or autumn There are so many other beautiful hotels here in excellent locations too I have booked Additionally, the photos on the website are well taken
