19/05/2025: Premettendo che non sono vegana o vegetariana, consiglio pienamente questa esperienza di cucina vegetale, che mi ha piacevolmente impressionato.
Il locale si mostra elegante ed essenziale, con una giusta atmosfera intima; il personale gentile e sempre disponibile, senza mai essere invadente.
Dal menù e dalla preparazione dei piatti traspare l'idea di cucina dello chef, in grado di esaltare appieno ogni sapore della materia prima utilizzata, anche grazie agli abbinamenti adottati.
Il contoè a mio avviso in linea con la qualità e la lavorazione dei piatti.
19/05/2025: I'll start by saying that I had been wanting to eat at this place for at least a year, so I had pretty high expectations!
I went for dinner with my girlfriend after booking without any problems.
The location was neither good nor bad, and the staff were quite friendly (sometimes too friendly) even if a little inexperienced.
We opted for the tradition and innovation menu to be paired with the "Piedmont wines" as recommended, but due to problems with the suppliers of the Piedmont wines that were missing, we were advised to choose the "drink 4" option, if it weren't for the slightly misleading name as we were then only served 3 glasses.
I wasn't very enthusiastic about the aperitif, the starter of turnips and asparagus was very good, while the "vegetable meat" courses were truly spectacular, such as the plin with truffle and the 3D meat, absolutely worth trying!
For dessert, the semifreddo, which was really too chocolatey and stomachic, in my opinion not up to par.
Small off-key notes:
When I received the bill I noticed that the "Piedmont wines" route had been included rather than the drink 4 and costing 10 euros more per person, I asked for and obtained the correction, furthermore the menus were marked 70 euros per person compared to the 65 that are indicated on the site (I want to hope that they were just distractions).
Maybe I will give it another chance, but perhaps ordering à la carte.
