The hotel is beautiful at first sight with a fountain, a park and a very nice view, then when we enter it seems like we are back in the 80s. The rooms are clean but with Happy Days style furniture, the bathroom is cold, the hairdryer didn't work and the shower water is cold, in short for a quick night it might be fine but then that's it.

The hotel's appearance has sadly seen better days. The train station isn't far away, but there's no pedestrian walkway, and the street lighting (especially in the evenings, since you'd have to walk in the street) is practically nonexistent (though the hotel can't be held responsible for that). Unfortunately, you're dependent on a car. The heating couldn't be turned down or off. A bit more variety at breakfast would be desirable. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were very positive aspects. The cleanliness was also excellent. The room was very large. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Rome from the hotel terrace. A particularly beautiful view in the evening.

We stayed just one night, but it was enough to experience the great hospitality and enjoy the beautiful rooms and excellent breakfast at this property.

I was coming off a terrible experience with Airbnb; I had a terrible experience and literally left the same day. I needed comfort, cleanliness, and above all, elegance and refinement. This hotel embodies all of this. I travel a lot and am accustomed to both low-quality and high-quality accommodations. I can say with absolute certainty that this hotel manages to make you feel at home, while still maintaining a refined and elegant atmosphere. This isn't a given. Often, in establishments of this caliber, you can feel almost observed or ignored. Here, the exact opposite happens. There is genuine attention to the guest's well-being. I had read a review that worried me a little about the staff's kindness. In reality, during my stay, I didn't encounter a single person who wasn't extremely professional and kind. From the front desk, to the dining room, to the kitchen. I had also read comments describing breakfast as incomplete. I've been here for five days and find it more than complete. Croissants, pancakes, cold cuts, bread, and various types of milk, including special machines in addition to the automatic one. Honestly, I don't know what more I could ask for. A special thanks to the reception staff, the ladies in the dining room, and especially the brunette waitress, who is always incredibly nice and kind. It's a pleasure to chat with her every day. It's located in nature, with a breathtaking view of all of Rome. Incredible and peaceful sunsets and sunrises. Away from the chaos and traffic, yet just a 5-minute walk from the train station that takes you to Rome City Center or Ciampino Airport. I come to this area very often and hope to always return here and never change again. A stay that truly made me feel welcomed and at ease. I will definitely be back.

Honestly, I hadn't been there in years, and I was a little disappointed with the rooms. The parquet flooring was loose, and the sockets in the bed didn't work properly. For €100 a night, a little more attention to room maintenance would be needed, especially since the property is very beautiful and has an excellent view of Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I repeat, a little more attention to room maintenance would be worthy of a 4-star rating.

We stayed in a double room. The room was clean and quiet despite facing the street. The view is wonderful and the location very romantic. The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and varied. As a native of Puglia, I appreciated the excellent mozzarella. I would gladly return, a wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel with great view and even better garden features..

Excellent hotel. The structure, including the furnishings, is dated, but very well-maintained and clean. Welcoming rooms and enormous spaces both inside and out. Bed and breakfast. I'd say it's excellent!

The room is large enough, but the furnishings are dated, and like the rest of the hotel, they need updating. The bathroom, in particular, has no windows and a constant musty/musty smell. The location is excellent for visiting the Castelli Romani, and the breakfast is varied and plentiful.
