I had the pleasure of attending an Easter lunch at this restaurant and the experience was truly remarkable. The fixed menu, served with the elegance of "French" service, proved to be a winning choice for the occasion. The environment is well-kept and contributes to creating a pleasant atmosphere. Despite the large number of customers, the service was impeccable, demonstrating great professionalism and organization. The appetizers were excellent, with an honorable mention for the Albese meat, simply spectacular. From the fluid and smooth management of the lunch, the experience and competence of the owners can be clearly perceived. The quality/price ratio also proved to be decidedly good. An experience to repeat!

Si comincia con: Carne all'albese e si prosegue con vitello tonnato, quindi polenta con crema di funghi ed infine per chiudere con gli antipasti, cotechino con purè. I primi due da 10 e lode, gli altri da 9. I primi: risotto al Castelmagno, molto buono, e poi una buona crepes alla Valdostana. I secondi: brasato con patate al forno e fritto misto, salato e dolce, alla piemomtese. Voto "11" veramente da favola. Dolci a scelta fatti in casa ( bunet, panna cotta, tiramisù) Conto 35 euro a testa. Location molto grande e bella, ottimo il servizio con cameriere gentilissime ed efficienti. Che dire, esperienza da ripetere. Consigliatissimo.
