29/01/2025: I have eaten many pizzas in my life, some good, some less, but nothing had ever prepared me for the experience I had at "Bob Alchimia a Spicchi". I thought I knew pizza, that I knew what to expect: dough, tomato, mozzarella, toppings. Then this pizza arrived and everything changed.
Each segment is a work of art. The dough, leavened to perfection, is soft as a cloud and at the same time light and fragrant. Every bite tells a story, as if you were looking at something alive, authentic. The tomato has the flavor of the sun, sweet and intense, while the mozzarella is creamy, enveloping, almost as if to pamper the palate. And then the combinations... they dare, surprise and conquer.
I tried a pizza with ingredients that I never thought I'd see together: a perfect balance of flavours, like a controlled explosion. The finishing touch? The impeccable service and the passion that is perceived in every detail.
From "Bob Alchimia a Spicchi", I understood that pizza is not just food. It's an experience, a journey. And this was, without a doubt, the best trip I've ever taken.
