I was at this restaurant yesterday. There were six of us and we ate divinely. The ingredients were carefully sourced and not mistreated. Excellent service, perfectly timed. Highly recommended!

I returned to Benigni's after many years, and I must say it was like stepping back in time! I used to go there when I was young, and finding it so welcoming, attentive, and authentic was a wonderful feeling. It's wonderful to see how tradition has been passed down from generation to generation, maintaining the same spirit and quality. Delicious dishes, exquisite pizza, excellent grilled meats, a warm atmosphere—it's a real pleasure to return!

The rooms are large, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. I recommend it.

Entrance for hotel is on the left hand side of the building down a driveway with parking in the back. Rooms are neat and clean. Maybe a little dated but not by much. It’s in a good location with several bars and dining options right next to it. If waking the via Francigena it is just part the old village section after you walk under the old porta or gate. WiFi works great.

A traditional stopping point for generations providing good quality accommodation and excellent food, with a great beer and wine choice. The entrance to the hotel is along the side of the building, and check in is generally after 3pm. If you are eating try to get a table near the fire/grill as watching the chief and the Nonna and her staff is most entertaining. If available the Porcini mushroom is excellent. The pizzas are very large. If you want a full night's sleep ask for a quiet room as the square outside comes to life about 5.30am.

I can't comment on the hotel since I stayed in the apartment attached to it. Just two tips: maybe spray some mosquito repellent after cleaning, and the toilet seat definitely needs changing. The restaurant is good. Friendly staff at both the hotel and restaurant. Convenient parking.

Sono orami anni che Roma vado in questo locale, è un posto veramente carino, cibo otttimo e sopratutto abbondante, inoltre è per tutti i gusti (carne pesce, vegano, bbq, senza glutine) personale cortese e disponibile . Consigliatissimi

07/09/2025: Excellent experience, I recommend the breaded fried perch fillet and the grilled pork. The staff were very friendly and quick.
02/09/2025: Nice, welcoming, and above all, clean restaurant. The food is good and well-cooked, although the prices are perhaps a little high, but not outrageous. Parking is a bit limited and not particularly convenient, but there is plenty, and that's a good thing considering the location. I'll definitely be back.

Pizzeria Falloni

30/11/2025: I discovered this pizzeria by chance while strolling along Viale Eritrea, and it was a truly pleasant surprise. The place is small, with limited seating, but the counter is well stocked: all kinds of pizzas, calzoncini, and even unique options like parmigiana made with pizza dough. I tried a mozzarella and sausage calzoncino, and it was truly spectacular: well-cooked, tasty, and without any strange flavors. The Margherita pizzas were also good, simple, and in line with what you'd expect from a place like this. The gentleman at the counter, presumably the owner, was extremely kind and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The prices are fair for what they offer. A great find.
29/10/2025: It's hard to describe the quality of the products and, above all, the owners in just a few words. Falloni will win you over, the calzones are Oscar-worthy, and the pizza is divine! It perfectly represents the Roman pizza cut: not too thick, flaky, and crunchy! You can eat in. It remains one of the very few TRUE Roman pizzerias; I'd say it's a neighborhood institution!
