Food, especially Secondo, could be better. What's good is they come to the table with the bowls for seconds.

The furniture in the rooms is not very fresh but the beds are very comfortable. It's just a shame that we were woken up at night by the momentary interruption of the electricity which then started the fan... but it seems that the cause was external. The shower could also be improved, the hot water arrived after a while.

In a 4* hotel I would expect to find a tea maker in the room.

Beautifully located hotel complex. Very good, finely balanced food. Nice friendly staff. Unfortunately the rooms (at least mine) are getting old. The wet rooms should be renovated slowly. The outdoor areas and pools could also use some maintenance. Were there again this September 2024. Significant improvement Pools and the entire complex have been maintained again. Food and hospitality are still very good.

A great hotel complex embedded in the hilly landscape of Piedmont Rooms very clean and large Food very good.

Welcoming and well-kept environments and appreciated attention to cleanliness, kind and helpful staff, restaurant (for dinner only) with excellent menu, excellent deluxe room recommended compared to the standard, beautiful swimming pools with constant pH and chlorine control. I would put mosquito nets on the windows to enjoy the magnificent view and a light menu service for lunch. Well done and nice, everyone.
