For several years my wife and I have been going to this hotel where we continue to enjoy ourselves very much: despite being on the Via Aurelia it is quiet with a very green, private and always fresh garden, with a breeze that I swear seems absurd but disappears after walking a few meters towards the street. The room is clean and with a huge bathroom. The staff is the strong point, because they are very kind and available for every need. The food is very good, an opinion also shared by our friends resident in Sestri Levante who preferred Attilio's cuisine to that of other more chic restaurants. Furthermore, if you want to spend a day on the beach or outside, thus skipping lunch at the hotel, they will prepare a delicious packed lunch with sandwiches and fruit. Absolutely worth trying: the only thing to take into account is that if you are young people under 30 and looking for clubs you will have to move to Sestri, which in any case is 10 minutes away by car no more (more due to traffic than anything else). I am also keen to underline the 100% accessibility of the structure, in fact my wife is disabled in a wheelchair. All this at a very honest price not comparable to other hotels.

The rooms are different, some cozy, others damaged. Almost all rooms have air conditioning and TV. Some rooms have refrigerators that don't work. The service creates a family atmosphere, everyone is friendly, nice and tries to help the customer. The food was good, cooked with love by the owner. Waiters patient and friendly. The elderly man, Willi, is the sun of this place - his joy of life is contagious and people feel happier around him

the rooms were pretty acceptable, even though some pieces of furniture accidentally broke down. some rooms are more modern than the others, but generally they're cozy and comfortable enough. the worst part is probably the food - some dishes were served undercooked, such as focaccia or potatoes. the staff was very friendly, but it seemed like they didn't care about hurrying when it comes to serving dishes - we waited way too long for our meals to be served. a huge advantage is the location - the beach is only 2 mins away. if you dont mind some undercook pastry and kinda crusty toilets - would say it's fine.

Seeing the very negative reviews I was scared but I changed my mind when I entered the room, the outside is not very nice but in the room it was very nice but a little small but welcoming the food was good and I didn't find any hair or insects

Siamo venuti in questo hotel per una gita scolastica per una notte. Sinceramente siamo soddisfatti date le molte recensioni negative rivelate false, pare che nessuno abbia fatto recensioni su questo hotel dal 2019. Arriviamo al sodo: -Cibo abbastanza buono, in questo caso la pasta al pesto era al dente ma con il pesto di qualità. Acqua decente -Camere non molto grandi strette e con troppe poche prese di corrente. Per una persona che ama la tecnologia come noi che ci abbiamo messo 1 ora per attacca il telefono via HDMI ( che sembra un miracolo abbia) alla TV, ha un decoder di bassa qualità che nonostante tutto trasmette la maggior parte dei canali e con un’interfaccia pessima poco intuitiva e in francese ( lingua impossibile da cambiare nonostante avendo smanettato per ore). -Bagno molto piccolo con lo stretto necessario per 2/3 notti, in dotazione degli shampoo e delle saponette. Acqua del rubinetto piena di calcare e purtroppo il mio compagno di stanza ha avuto la geniale idea di lavarsi i capelli che sono ancora più maleodoranti di calcare prima. Sulla non possiamo dire nulla di che dato che non abbiamo nemmeno voluto farla dalla paura delle vecchie recensioni che indicavano l’acqua marrone. -Colazione colazione non delle migliori ma molto accettabile e con molta scelta. Nel nostro caso era self service. ATTENZIONE! QUESTA ESPERIENZA L’ABBIAMO VALUTATA NOI COME GITA DI CLASSE E QUINDI L’ESPERIENZA POTREBBE ESSER DIVERSA.

Let's get to the point: -Pretty good food, in this case the pesto pasta was al dente but with quality pesto. Decent water •Rooms not very large, narrow and with too few power sockets. For a person who loves technology like us who took us 1 hour to connect the phone via HDMI (which seems like a miracle) to the TV, it has a low quality decoder which despite everything transmits most of the channels and with terrible interface, not very intuitive and in French (language impossible to change despite having fiddled around for hours). -Very small bathroom with the bare essentials for 2/3 nights, supplied with shampoo and bars of soap. Tap water full of limescale and unfortunately my roommate had the brilliant idea of ​​washing his hair which is even more smelly than limestone first. We can't say anything about it since we didn't even want to do it for fear of the old reviews that indicated the water was brown. -Breakfast Breakfast not the best but very acceptable and with lots of choice. In our case it was self service.
