Hotel Restaurant Pacher In Varna

Extremely warm staff and overall pleasant stay for us. Half board was very good. There is also a small passage from the hotel that leads to Novacella, which turned out to be one of the most stunning monasteries we’ve visited. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region!

An all-around outstanding hotel: very beautiful and spotlessly clean, with exceptionally friendly staff who truly anticipate your every need. The provided bicycles offer additional comfort, and the nearby swimming pool is easily accessible. An excellent multi-course menu awaits you every evening – a separate vegan menu was even offered upon request. The chef is simply sensational and delighted us with his creative vegan dishes. We wholeheartedly award this hotel five stars!

Great food, good value for money

We were completely satisfied with our stay! We had a great room with plenty of space. The breakfast left nothing to be desired – the coffee was excellent! And the dinner was also great; we had a lovely evening with friends. The hotel's location is perfect; it's not far to Brixen, and you can start cycling tours right from the hotel. The host family is super friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Very luxurious and beautiful hotel, which is very tastefully decorated. I only visited the restaurant here, and the food was really delicious and of a high standard. The service is nice and competent. They also have a beautiful garden with a view. Peaceful environment.

Pachers Boutique hotel is simply amazing. Set in the hillside above Brixen with views in all directions. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful at all times. The food is absolutely amazing, from breakfast to dinner there's something for everyone. The Spa with it's Sauna, Ice Bath and Swimming pool are a welcome rest after a long day. There are bike and walking trails off in all directions. I really hope I get to return to Pachers again soon. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Incredible location, with a really nice restaurant and staff going the extra mile (or kilometer) to make your visit as pleasant as possible!

Everything was very relaxed. Almost like a family atmosphere. The food was very good. Great wines.
