Hotel Restaurant Pacher In Varna

We spontaneously decided to spend a night here and received a truly warm welcome. The rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished, yet with a touch of tradition. We were particularly impressed by the location: from the breakfast table, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards. Furthermore, Brixen (also suitable for families with children: our son is 8 years old) is about a 20-minute walk away and definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be back :-)

The food and staff are top-notch, but the property could use a makeover. We stayed at Hotel Pachers for New Year's Eve with our dogs. The food and staff deserve a special mention: the food is simply sublime, varied, and refined, and the staff is young, highly trained, and very polite. Unfortunately, the property was a bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel. We were assigned a room in the older section: spacious but with dated and worn furniture, a small closet, no minibar, and cleanliness could also be improved. The spa was also undersized, with cold pool water. The location is convenient for exploring nearby towns, but less so for those who want to get skiing right away, and it doesn't offer a view. Although they do allow dogs, they don't offer anything for them, like beds, bowls, etc., which we've found in other hotels. Overall, we had a wonderful 4 days, but compared to other 4-star hotels in the area, the property (in the unrenovated section) is a step down.

We spent four days at Pachers for a wellness retreat and were absolutely thrilled. The newly built hotel, just a year and a half old, is a real success – natural and high-quality, with lots of wood, cozy corners, and meticulous attention to detail. From the very beginning, the staff were all incredibly friendly, competent, and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome and farewell at the reception and were even able to borrow crampons for our shoes. The restaurant staff were very attentive, friendly, and efficient at both breakfast and dinner. You can tell that experienced people work here who enjoy their jobs. We had a room on the fourth floor with a balcony, which was also brand new and absolutely beautiful. The rain shower was fantastic, and I was particularly impressed by the hidden air conditioning, which heated the room within minutes. It was incredibly quiet throughout the entire hotel – both in the room and in the restaurant. I immediately felt relaxed. We had the half-board option, and I can only say good things about that as well. The breakfast buffet is truly wonderful, with many regional and homemade products, plenty of healthy options, and a huge muesli bar. Egg dishes, porridge, and crepes could also be made to order, and the coffee was brewed in a proper espresso machine, not a fully automatic one. We particularly enjoyed the four-course dinner. It's great that most drinks are included, and the food was truly excellent! The menu is very flexible; you can swap dishes or order seconds. The spa area is small, but it was sufficient for us. There's a sauna, a steam room, and a pool. The small hammam area is also quite nicely done. Overall, it was a fantastic and high-quality experience, and they clearly prioritize sustainability. I always strive to write honest reviews that consider both sides, but I couldn't find anything negative about my stay. The only area for improvement would be the tea bar in the spa area. They only offered cold tea and water; I would have loved to have hot tea and some fruit there as well. Also, the pool isn't warm enough to comfortably lounge in. In conclusion: If you're not so much looking for a huge spa area, but rather peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, good food, and friendly staff, then this is the perfect place for you. We'll definitely be back.

This friendly family-run hotel truly cares about its guests and strives to fulfill every wish. The rooms and guest areas are beautiful, harmonious, clean, and stylish. Here, you truly feel like royalty. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Excellent quality at a fair price. We would love to return.

Very good restaurant in a state-of-the-art hotel with friendly service and reasonable prices.

It was a truly wonderful stay at Pachers. The hotel is run with great passion by the Huber family; they, along with their incredibly friendly and competent staff, give the hotel its soul. We felt incredibly comfortable, well looked after, and very appreciated as guests. We highly recommend the cuisine, including breakfast and half-board. All food and drinks are of very high quality in both product and preparation. A varied breakfast buffet, coffee, and egg dishes are served at your table, making for a great start to the day. And by dinner, at the latest, with the half-board option, you'll know you've arrived in a gourmet haven. Regional and international dishes are excellently prepared and perfectly served. A four-course menu (printed menu) is offered daily, with several optional choices per course. Half-board also includes the so-called "Prositpaket" (Prosit package), e.g., soft drinks, sparkling wine, house wine (white or red), etc. We loved the dinners and looked forward to them every day. The ambience, furnishings, and decor in the restaurant are very pleasant. The distance between the tables allows for privacy, and cloth table linens are a given. The rooms—we stayed in the Wilhelm type—are well-designed, spacious, and have a cozy ambiance. There is a balcony overlooking the vineyard. The spa area is small and adequate for the number of rooms; however, the pool is only partially suitable for swimming (due to its shape and size). You can take a lovely walk to Brixen on foot (about 30 minutes) or rent bicycles free of charge from the hotel. Parking is available free of charge directly at the hotel. The Brixen Card, which the hotel provides free of charge, is also great; it includes several cost-intensive activities, such as the cable car to the Plose. We believe that the Pachers was already at this location before the expansion of Strada Statale No. 12, which runs directly past the hotel, and that this expansion road was built directly in front of it. Be that as it may, this road unfortunately brings with it noise and air pollution, as it is used by many large and small vehicles during the day, and the posted speed limit of 50 km/h is not always adhered to. At night, it is significantly less busy. Perhaps the regional authorities will implement feasible noise protection measures in due time.

A superb hotel. I felt very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with everything your heart could desire. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back.

A truly outstanding hotel: Beautiful design and spotlessly clean. Exceptionally friendly staff! The free bicycles provide additional leisure fun, and Bressanone is easily accessible. Every evening, an excellent multi-course menu awaits you, with the option to swap dishes. The cuisine is simply sensational. The breakfast deserves 5 stars. We would gladly return.
