Pachers Boutique hotel is simply amazing. Set in the hillside above Brixen with views in all directions. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful at all times. The food is absolutely amazing, from breakfast to dinner there's something for everyone. The Spa with it's Sauna, Ice Bath and Swimming pool are a welcome rest after a long day. There are bike and walking trails off in all directions. I really hope I get to return to Pachers again soon. Thanks for an amazing stay.

A **Great Hotel** is highly recommended. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, which immediately made us feel welcome. The room design is a perfect blend of modern and traditional styles – simple yet very stylish. We were particularly impressed by the excellent cuisine: The dishes were not only delicious but always freshly prepared. An ideal place for anyone seeking a successful combination of comfort, hospitality, and excellent food! This won't be the last time we stay here.

The hotel impresses with stylish rooms - we were happy about an unexpected upgrade. We were particularly impressed by the well-thought-out sustainability concept: regional products down to the smallest detail. The breakfast buffet was by far the best we have ever experienced - not overloaded, but top quality and prepared with a lot of love. Unfortunately, the dinner couldn't quite keep up, and the service was also a bit inattentive at times. The small but nice spa area was very pleasant thanks to the low number of guests - but it could get tight when it was full. Overall, a charming hotel in a beautiful location with a lot of attention to detail - with a little fine-tuning in the service and at dinner it would be perfect.

Absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Paches. Amazing location in the beautiful wine region, close to the village Bessasone (short walk down the river) and lots of beautiful sites to visit. The food is outstanding and the staff super friendly. Loved the wellness/pool area and the extra services like free water bottles/games in the room.

Wonderful stay in a relaxing and welcoming location. The attention to detail from arrival to departure made the stay even better. A special mention for the restaurant which delighted us with tasty, refined and varied dishes. The cleanliness and the wellness center were no exception, as was the courtesy of all the staff.

We spent our vacation with a large family of three generations. Our wishes were lovingly catered to, and the rooms and spa area were excellent. We enjoyed the plentiful and delicious meals and are grateful for these wonderful days.

13/06/2025: They have the most delicious calzone here. It's worth the detour for us while passing through.
10/06/2025: Very good pizza at a fair price. The pizzas are very large and exceptionally delicious. The atmosphere is very nice. There is plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. The restrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The outdoor terrace is really cozy.

12/06/2025: We stopped here during our hike and were very pleased. Beautiful views, friendly staff, and delicious food. We had the snack board and the dumplings, and everything was delicious.
10/06/2025: A very nice alpine pasture, we come here every year and have always been very satisfied, although this time it was a little different. The staff were, as always, very friendly and attentive, but the food has become a disaster, with a very expensive menu. I could understand that for this location, but the quality has to be right. The large salad bowl consists of 3 large lettuce leaves (not chopped), 4 cucumber slices, and 4 tomato quarters. I couldn't find any mustard sauce, and the seeds were about half a teaspoon of two types. It cost 14 euros, and if it had cost 6 euros I would have been disappointed with the chef too, but not annoyed. The schnitzel and fries were average, and at 20 euros it was too much. The soup was okay, but the craftsmanship wasn't convincing for the price. I'm only giving it 5 stars for the service and the location; what the owners are making of it is outrageous and pretentious. It's a shame, but there are several alpine pastures in the area.
