Ready for the first Michelle start! Once again! Risotto with garlic, chilli oil and prawns!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in mid-July. Well, it was too short! I enjoyed it so much and felt so relaxed here! The food was delicious! Everything was in order down to the last detail. I would have liked to come back in August, but unfortunately everything is fully booked. (There are 5 people). Thank you, hotel Pachers, for the beautiful memories we now have.

I came for a business trip to Alto Adige and I fell in love with this Boutique Hotel, totally renovated in May 2024, a jewel of modern architecture in perfect symbiosis with the surrounding nature where it is set, a sublime cuisine, a mélange of nouvelle cuisine and ingredients of the local tradition, combined with the splendid friendliness and professionalism of the Huber family. I have traveled and stayed in many places in the world but such a lovable, professional and always available family, together with all their staff, are more unique than rare in the world of today's hotel industry. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at the hotel. Very tasty food with separate menu suggestions for the children. Price/quality was very good. We would love to come back

Your inspiring place hits it 100%! Yes, where should I start! The rooms are super stylish and the hotel is built entirely on inspiration. Everywhere there is something to feel, smell and of course also taste in the restaurant, great meat, veggy and even vegan options. The house even has a self-hammam course that you simply have to try. Hammer! The staff is super friendly and gives you lots of tips on what to do, but not the run-of-the-mill stuff...! It's a shame that we didn't have more time to use all the sources of inspiration at Pachers! A truly inspiring boutique hotel in a class of its own in Brixen (a really great city, by the way!)! We'll definitely be back!

Nachdem ich bereits letztes Jahr eine Woche im Pachers wohnte, habe ich nochmals aufgrund meiner positiven Erfahrungen dort gebucht. Mittlerweile wurde das Hotel umgebaut, was mit viel Geschmack geschah, außerdem den Komfort in vieler Hinsicht nochmals steigerte. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber fein. Mein Zimmer geräumig und hell, Bett excellent, Wasserkocher, Bad modern mit Tageslicht. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gigantisch und lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Da ich Laktose - und Fructose Intoleranz habe, wurden spezielle Speisen angerichtet (Joghurt, Smoothies). Alles auf schöner Aussichtsterrasse und mit besonders aufmerksamem Personal. Das familiengeführte Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist unbedingt zu empfehlen bei sehr angemessener Preis - Leistung.
