Great location. Quite area. Close to tourist attractions . Excellent breakfast. Great restaurant. Excellent customer service.

I collaborated with this hotel for an event and my experience was impeccable. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always available. I also had the opportunity to try the on-site restaurant, which offers high-end gourmet cuisine and a remarkable variety of dishes. The seafood menu I sampled was particularly excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you have the opportunity.

The service was outstanding. Although the hotel is not in the very center and the rooms are small, they are very clean. The lobby is lovely, and the breakfast is quite good.

Cool hotel, easily walkable to all the major attractions in Florence! Service was outstanding, very friendly and respectful staff. They set up dog beds and bowls for our dogs staying with us which was very nice of them! Rooms were a little dated with USB outlets on only one side of the bed. Room keys are very unique, but cumbersome and we had to leave them with reception. Flooding in the bathroom from the shower and thin doors entering the room made for a slightly less ideal stay. Breakfast was well made with convenient hours. Valet parking was fast and convenient, but a little pricey at 45€ a day. The elevator can be a little scary with some bumps and jerks.

The service here is exceptional — warm, personalized, and genuinely attentive. They truly tailor everything to your needs. I prefer sparkling water, and without ever asking twice, I had sparkling water waiting for me every single day. That’s the level of care they provide. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and elegant. Breakfast is outstanding — fresh pastries, perfect cappuccinos, and thoughtful service that makes every morning special. A quiet, refined gem just steps from the center. I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about the quality of service here. The people were great. The hotel was great. Food was great, especially the breakfast. The personal connection was the best though.
