Very convenient to the center of Livigno. Excellent service, small but cozy and warm rooms. Outdoor and covered parking available.

Being downtown with the option of parking in the restricted traffic zone is a great convenience. The room, unfortunately, is so small it's almost unlivable (there's a gap of about 20 cm between the bed and the shelf). 4 stars is a lot!

Unfortunately, I only stayed one night with a group of friends, but it was enough to understand that this hotel is what I was looking for: comfortable, clean, beautiful, with exceptional staff who made us feel at ease. ☺️ The chocolates were also delicious. Excellent anyway. Four stars well deserved. I will definitely be back.

I just returned from a 2-night stay and I have to say that everything was excellent. The hotel is located right in the center, right behind the town hall, and close to the slopes. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was warm, cozy, and harmonious, perfect for families. The spa was small but perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. At the restaurant, we ate delicious traditional Valtellina dishes. Excellent for quality and price. Highly recommended. My family and I had a great time and will definitely be back.

Tactical location in the center of Livigno.

We had a wonderful time. The room was very well-kept and clean with a very spacious bathroom. The Turkish bath and sauna with a relaxation area were very well-maintained. The breakfast was spectacular, with sweet and savory options, yogurt, herbal teas, freshly squeezed juice, and a chef's station for omelets. The staff was a dream, always very kind and professional. In short, we had a wonderful week.

A truly fantastic place in Livigno. They're open year-round. A true alpine hotel. We'll have to come back.

Clean, organized hotel, friendly staff

Nice hotel with average-standard rooms. Breakfast was okay, although the background music was loud and distracting. Parking is available in the garage (steep descent).
