Hotel Posta Restaurant In Livigno

I just returned from a 2-night stay and I have to say that everything was excellent. The hotel is located right in the center, right behind the town hall, and close to the slopes. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was warm, cozy, and harmonious, perfect for families. The spa was small but perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. At the restaurant, we ate delicious traditional Valtellina dishes. Excellent for quality and price. Highly recommended. My family and I had a great time and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time. The room was very well-kept and clean with a very spacious bathroom. The Turkish bath and sauna with a relaxation area were very well-maintained. The breakfast was spectacular, with sweet and savory options, yogurt, herbal teas, freshly squeezed juice, and a chef's station for omelets. The staff was a dream, always very kind and professional. In short, we had a wonderful week.

A truly fantastic place in Livigno. They're open year-round. A true alpine hotel. We'll have to come back.

Clean, organized hotel, friendly staff

Nice hotel with average-standard rooms. Breakfast was okay, although the background music was loud and distracting. Parking is available in the garage (steep descent).

We stayed at this property for a few days and, overall, we had a good time. Cleanliness is definitely the strong point: everything was perfectly clean, both the room and the common areas. However, the property itself appears rather dated and does not at all reflect the declared 4 stars - I would say that it is closer to a 3 star, both for the furnishings and for the services offered. At the reception we found a certain coldness: no smiles, little welcome, almost a detachment that did not make us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was average, nothing special but enough to start the day. Unfortunately, the pillows were rather uncomfortable and the bed only had a duvet, which in summer is not ideal. Furthermore, there was no air conditioning, and during the hottest hours it was difficult even to rest in the room. Another sore point concerns the supplement of € 15 per night for the dog. We were not provided with anything at all: not a bowl, not a small mat, not any special attention. Considering the extra cost, we would have expected at least a minimum of pet-friendly hospitality. In summary: a decent stay, but with several aspects to improve, especially if you really want to offer an experience worthy of a 4-star hotel.
