Let's give back to Caesar what is Caesar's, the ancients said... After a bad experience last year I returned to the Petrarca pools and today I absolutely have to give 5 stars. Apart from the size and variety of the pools which always remains the same and this is why I prefer this environment to others, I found more organization and service from the staff and also more cleanliness in general compared to last time. The service at the bar is also much faster and less chaotic. I hope this can be the usual standard. Compliments.

Very nice structure regarding daily entrance to the spa.

A hotel with friendly staff, but it's quite old and is slowly being renovated. It offers a variety of recreational options, as well as therapies for those with ailments, such as mud baths, etc. Unfortunately, the previous owners, who were excellent at managing the hotel, have handed over the management to their son. The hotel has significantly increased its prices, which is not a good thing these days. In May, unheard of, it was almost empty.

A longtime customer of this place, I used to come here often in the winter, but due to commitments and travel, this time I opted for a summer session! As always, it's very pleasant; the thermal park offers a wide variety of pools and spas, for both adults and children! Free daily admission at very competitive prices, in my opinion among the best in Montegrotto for value! I have some concerns about the limited food options, especially at the bar by the Olympic-size pool. I've ordered the same dishes several times, but one time they were plentiful, the next a bit sparse; let's just say I didn't find anything standard! Otherwise, the sauna, Turkish bath, and plenty of sunbeds, etc., were truly appreciated. I'll definitely be back!

Sauna, whirlpool, water games, and an Olympic-size pool with thermal water. Best value of all the spas. Update: Beautiful outdoor area with water games, a slide for children, and a thermal area with bubbles. NOTE: A ban on bringing food and drinks from home has been introduced in the outdoor park. The staff themselves, poor things, have been ordered to monitor guests' stay and enforce the ban, especially during meal times, and to direct customers to the bar. Please respect this, even though I saw an elderly lady being reprimanded for a packet of crackers.

Access to the thermal pools without a stay. Numerous pools with water features. An Olympic-size pool. Sauna and Turkish bath are always available. Sun loungers are available both inside and outside, by all the pools.

Simply fantastic. The price is worth it, especially if you spend the whole day there like me. The bar has everything and more. Excellent!!!!

I only used the thermal pool with external entrance so I can't comment on the hotel services even if the structure seems excellent to me. Unfortunately, however, the thermal pools, although beautiful, large and usable even from outside (which is not easy in Montegrotto...) suffer a bit from the rudeness of some of the guests who adopt behaviors more like a free beach than a spa place. The controls, in truth a bit poor, struggle a lot to be respected and therefore dives, shouts, packed buffets, and other behaviors make the environment a bit degraded... shame, with a bit more rigor and respect the place would be excellent.

The spa hotel is well kept, very clean, both the rooms and the pools and even the free bathrooms for pool use. I was surprised to find the bathrooms (several bathrooms) of the changing rooms perfectly clean during an entire summer weekend, in which even people who were not staying at the hotel had access to the pools. I don't understand the negative reviews about cleanliness, in fact during the 3 days spent in the hotel, I was able to access at different times and everything was always very hygienic and perfectly clean. It is very convenient to be able to access the pools both early in the morning and late at night. There are many pools, both internal and external, both for adults (there is also an Olympic pool) and for children (the one with the slides and water games is beautiful). The surrounding park is large, surrounded by greenery, with lots of deckchairs. You cannot bring food from outside because there is a bar right in the area of ​​the Olympic pool, where they also prepare dishes and salads and there are various tables. Not cheap. There is the possibility of thermal treatments and massages. The room I stayed in was clean and well-kept, spacious, with a hydromassage shower and also a bathtub. The restaurant offers breakfast and appetizers buffet. Good food, water is excluded and this is not the best in a menu that costs 38 euros. The staff is very friendly both at reception and in the dining room.

I can't describe the rooms and service because I was there for the pools. The place is fabulous. There are several pools with thermal water, both indoor and outdoor, many hydromassages. There is even an Olympic pool, overlooking the hills. Games for children. A very well thought out mix, congratulations. Excellent.
