They are kind with non Germans and Italians. So recommend if you wanted to be treated properly. Many hotles in this zone do not have this same respect. So caution. We stayed here back in 2022. We were given a voucher as a wedding gift. At first the lobby shocked me because it needs to be updated. Our packaged included using a room but we didnt have to spend the night. Just to use the space like a private lounge which was really nice. The room was really nice. Looked like it was updated. Very clean. We had a suit with room, large bath and sitting room/tv room. The pool area wasnt bad. I think it didnt look so great because there was so many people and they were not respectful of the area. We also used the steam room and sauna area. My husband and i found the lap pool and used that as well. I grew up swimming in thermal pools in Colorado in Aspen and also grew up swimming on cape cod and maui Hawaii. So I can be picky about pools. Over all the pools are good here. Just the other partons are not respectful of the place sadly. No rude service like other hotels in the area. We will definitely be going back here. We've been trying different terme hotels since 2022. I grew up living in Marriott and Hilton hotels. So I have a certain level of experience i expect from other hotels stays. Parents had jobs that took them all over the world. This hotel meets those expectations and I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I was at the pool this Friday, it was very nice, warm water, not too crowded at 1pm, people arrived after 4pm, we ate a toast at the bar which is located inside the pools, everything was quite clean, I'm satisfied with the day spent here

Contrary to many reviews, the Petrarca spa is good. I spent a Sunday there as a couple with my partner, using an entry voucher we'd been given. We were a little concerned about the reviews, but despite being crowded, the spa was clean. There were lots of children, but the lifeguards kept things quiet and orderly. The girls at the bar were very kind, as was the lady at the hotel reception who welcomed us. For those who don't like crowded places, I definitely don't recommend coming on a Sunday. The spa could definitely use some updating, but for a classic style, it's more than fine!

Good morning, I was there last night, February 18, 2025, and I did the evening swim from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. When I entered the hotel reception, I found a very friendly lady who explained everything. The changing rooms were spotless, with plenty of secure lockers with codes. Hot showers and hairdryers, but you can bring your own if you want. The pools were very clean and equipped with various timed whirlpools, so when they're finished, you can make room for someone else. From the two indoor pools, you can access the outdoor ones through a small tunnel, and the atmosphere in the evening is spectacular. The environment was very clean and supervised by 2-3 lifeguards, who constantly wiped the floor to prevent falls. Oh, and I forgot, there's also a sauna and a Turkish bath where you can access with your own towel and place it on the seat. Inside, you'll find a well-stocked bar with reasonable prices. If I may add, a drinking water dispenser could be installed for customers; I've seen it in other spas. And if possible, outside the sauna I saw a tub where there should have been ice, but unfortunately it was empty. I'll be back soon.

Hotel has great swimming pools and termal place and good position.My room needs to be rennovated but functional.Great hairdryer provided, never found in any other 4 stars resort.Staff is very professional and helpful.Good breakfast.We will be back.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two days. We opted for half-board and were very satisfied with our stay. Special thanks to Luca, who served us at our dinners, ensuring we spent two delightful evenings with his friendliness and professionalism.

Nice place, I've been there often, but it's becoming increasingly commercial. Sometimes it's so crowded that you leave feeling stunned by the noise, not relaxed. The lifeguards are like policemen, checking anyone with even a cookie or a bottle of water, and they treat you really badly if they see you. I understand they have a bar, but people should be able to bring their own bottle of water... The spa is average, but nothing exceptional.
