I spent a beautiful and relaxing morning in the thermal pools. Advise!

Very welcoming and very nice place. Very good price.

Very large and beautiful swimming pool park. But the last time I was there, there were too many rude people. Despite this it was a nice day in warm water. You cannot reserve access, but you will find a place by entering by 9am. The evening entrance will be better, if less crowded. To improve cleaning, Last year it was better.

The structure is very nice, but some renovations should be done. However, I was very disappointed by the behavior of the workers, especially at the reception where I met unpleasant, cheeky and very unwelcoming staff.

Nothing short of spectacular in everything, from the parking to the room to the spa to breakfast to dinner... truly exceptional

Unlike previous years, I would say that this year was really disappointing....bartender absent and only on call! Out of bubble bath and unable to call reception for emergency!! Better to get a change of scenery

I visited this spa hotel on a weekday, not a holiday, paying an entrance fee of €24. The experience was overall pleasant, but with some aspects to improve. One of the critical points is that it is not allowed to bring food or consume it around the facility, except exclusively at the internal bar. Furthermore, a bathrobe is not provided, which can be inconvenient for those who do not know this in advance. Even though it wasn't a particularly crowded day, the facility was still quite full, and the same went for the parking spaces, to the point that we were forced to look for one outside. As for the amenities, the hot tubs were nice, but the system to get them going took way too long. Sauna and steam room were well kept, but always quite crowded, which limited the ability to fully relax. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but there are some critical issues that could be improved to make it more comfortable.
