Excellent location and great service

4 star hotel a little dated but well maintained; our room for three people was not very large but recently renovated, very quiet. For those who need to connect several electrical devices, I recommend bringing a multiple electrical socket as there are not many sockets and some are difficult to access. The breakfast buffet was very good with sweet and savory products, the dinner food was excellent with different choices of meat and fish; the staff were very kind.

The price for the offer is a little excessive.

Room allocated was large, simply furnished and clean. Had a large adapted bathroom which was very spacious. The breakfast room layout was poorly designed, no plates, bowls or glasses where you'd expect them. Staff were slow replenishing items, had to ask every morning for one thing or another. Also slow clearing plates away. Also there seemed to be alot of fruit flies around which was very off putting. Little touches such as a free bottle of water in the room would have been lovely, also a bin in the actual bedroom would have been useful. Reception staff weren't particularly helpful when we discovered a train strike on our last day. Acknowledged their hotel taxi was more expensive than the city taxis but wasn't keen to call one for us. In the end we opted for their service as worried about getting to airport on time. Overall, the hotel was clean, rooms comfortable, location just about nearby to sites but customer service a bit lacking. A shame really as otherwise with a few tweaks our stay would have been perfect.

Had a great time and didn't get the experience of the others. Also, the staff were amazing with us the whole time and the room was super clean.

The location is very good, you are a 30-minute walk or less from the main points of interest in the center, also close to the train station, the only thing that is further away is the Trastevere neighborhood, which is the main one in terms of quality restaurants/ price, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the room is just right for city tourism, a small toilet and the bed with a piece of furniture with the TV and little else... but you don't need anything else because you are out all day, the buffet There isn't much of a proper breakfast but it is good and the service is always very attentive. In the bar there is a menu to choose from some dishes in case one day you want to have lunch or dinner there.

Yo y la esposa nos alojamos por 2 noches que reservamos a través de BA. com, primero de hotel se anuncia como 4 estrellas, de ninguna manera en la tierra es 4 estrellas como sus 3 estrellas así que ten en cuenta. El personal era genial, ya que cada miembro que conocimos era fantástico. El hotel fuera y el vestíbulo era muy agradable, y el ascensor solo sube 2 niveles, así que si su habitación está por encima de 2 estás caminando hacia arriba. La habitación estaba bien, ya que dije que es de 3 estrellas, así que no esperes una habitación de 4 estrellas. Aire acondicionado funcionaba, que era brillante, el baño era un buen tamaño, el dormitorio era un poco pequeño, pero estaba bien para una estancia corta. Todos los días la mucama estaba en la limpieza y no teníamos problemas de mantenimiento o limpieza que informar. El restaurante era agradable y comimos las dos noches en el hotel y la comida era preciosa. El costo del restaurante era el esperado. Además no olvides que cuando llegues tienes que pagar una tasa hotelera/turística directa al hotel que es de 15 euros por noche por reserva. Los asientos exteriores eran agradables y se mantuvieron limpios. Recomendamos y nos alojaríamos de nuevo.
