Hotel Nuova Sabrina In Pietrasanta

I stayed with my wife for 10 days between July and August, a beautiful structure practically in the center but in a very quiet and peaceful area. Really small room but when I booked availability was limited, that's fine. Very clean and well-kept, friendly staff. The lady of the rooms on the first floor is efficient and available for every request. The very assorted and varied buffet lunch, Lisa the lunch waitress was fantastic, kind, fast, attentive, never intrusive. Unfortunately the problems begin when you go to dinner, served on the terrace on the fourth floor. Excellent idea but not practical on the hottest days, you can take a sauna under the umbrellas that do not circulate the air. Due to the location the kitchen is divided into two parts, one at the beginning and one at the bottom of the terrace, the confusion of the waitresses is a lot. There is a lack of someone who is able to coordinate everything as happens in all restaurants, even low-level ones, here there isn't one or if there is one he is certainly not suited to that role. But that's not all, they put us at a table in the center between two passages and the back legs of our chairs received constant kicks as guests passed back and forth as they went to and from the buffet. The top was reached on the last evening, this dinner tour there were four of us, about 10 centimeters away they placed another table where two gentlemen who were already having dinner were sitting. I asked for a bottle of red wine, they tell me "I don't have it here, I have to get it from downstairs, it will take a moment" no problem, let's wait.... When it's time to receive the first courses, the displeased waitress tells us that the pasta is not ready and it will take another moment, no problem I reply. After 15 minutes the first one arrives for my wife, I'm still waiting for mine also because after another 25 minutes, tired of waiting in the heat of the tents, we left. The bill had already been paid in the afternoon, already the bill, €2,700 and so on, a more than acceptable and average figure, it's a shame that they also wanted the 80 cents... terrible fall in style!!

We stayed at the Hotel Sabrina with a tour group. We are excited. Especially the very good service and the friendliness of the staff. We felt very comfortable.

I stayed one night. Clean room equipped with everything you need, Sky also available. Good breakfast and really professional service. Check out, which as everywhere else was supposed to be between 11 and 12, was allowed until 4pm, solving a problem for me. I will definitely go back. I advise

I spent a couple of days for work in this hotel. Maximum kindness, friendliness and professionalism. The strong point of this hotel is certainly the cuisine, refined and of high quality. The breakfast is very rich. Ideal for all tastes. The rooms are very clean, I stayed in a single room, correct size. Friendliness is the second strong point of this structure. Close to the sea, in a traffic-free area, with private parking and the possibility of leaving the car even in neighboring streets without major parking problems. Swimming pool on the roof solarium.
