Hotel Mühlener Hof In Campo tures

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in December, and what can I say? The staff were incredibly kind, the hotel was new. Our room had a stunning view and was wonderfully quiet. The bathroom deserved top marks. The breakfast was plentiful and made with local produce. Dinner offered dishes that truly reminded you of Trentino Alto Adige. The Christmas atmosphere was magical. Thank you, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

A fantastic hotel where even the children feel completely at ease! The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful! We would gladly return.

For us it is the 4th time in this hotel and it never disappoints us.. excellent everything food and rooms.. for relaxation and walks it is a perfect place 👍

The new rooms greatly enhance this hotel. The wellness area is very nice. The five saunas/cabins are perfectly adequate. The food is regional and very good. The salad and appetizer are excellent. But the best part is the always cheerful and extremely courteous service staff. Keep it up!!!

As always, we had a great meal in the restaurant – they often have special weeks where they offer dishes that aren't on the standard menu! I would definitely recommend this restaurant/pizzeria.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are modern, attractively designed, and offer many thoughtful, high-quality details, as well as ample storage space. The food and breakfast were good and varied. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The hotel's location is truly excellent, and the underground parking is fantastic; however, the slope is steep, which can be challenging for sports cars or vehicles with sports packages. The sauna area is beautifully designed and modern. The hotel is used by larger tour groups. During our three-day stay, there were two such groups of elderly people, each with approximately 20 to 40 people. Unfortunately, the people behaved more like excited children on a school trip, with correspondingly loud behavior. This created a very lively, stressful, and loud atmosphere, especially at dinner and breakfast, which made normal conversation difficult. It would be helpful if the hotel pointed this out to tour groups and their guides and emphatically demanded "quiet" so that other guests could also eat undisturbed and have normal conversations, especially during meals. Due to the disturbances caused by such tour groups during meals, combined with the price level, the hotel is downgraded to 3 stars.

Very nice, modern rooms, well-designed and offering plenty of storage space. The food and breakfast were good, with a sufficient selection. The reception and staff were friendly and helpful. However, it's important to note that the hotel is very popular with bus tour groups. During our three-day stay, two different groups (each with approximately 30-40 people) stayed there. This made dinner and especially breakfast extremely noisy, making it difficult to have a quiet conversation. For a hotel in this price range, this was unfortunately very disappointing – and the main reason why we can't imagine staying there again.
