Excellent hotel breathtaking view 5 minutes from Saint Mark's Square attentive staff reception at least trilingual impeccable breakfast. I highly recommend it and will happily return

Very nice hotel in a strategic position.
The real wealth of the place, however, is the dining room staff: helpful, courteous, kind and friendly. Rare qualities that you will find in abundance here

A very beautiful hotel, with comfortable Venetian-style rooms, excellent breakfasts and a very central location.
The service is excellent: the staff at the reception are very kind, the dining room staff are helpful, friendly and always attentive to any need, you can't ask for anything better. We felt like family, we will definitely be back!

je n’ai toujours fabuleux au Monaco pour la terrasse légèrement panées , des pâtes pardon bigoli au beurre d’anchois incroyable et en desert un tiramisu givrée.
un personnage professionnel impeccable dans une veste blanche crème sans aucune tache, parlant français et souriant. Ce restaurant d’un grand hôtel vaudrait même Une Étoile au Michelin.

Excellent service et repas . Le maître d’hôtel est impeccable et tout le personnel . La nourriture est délectable , nous y avons célébré notre anniversaire de mariage . Tout était parfait ❤️

A very good option to stay with views of the grand canal. The hotel is luxurious, and if you are willing to spend a little more than a normal hotel, it is an excellent alternative.

One of the best hotels in italy i have been to … the service was impeccable, the concierge helped us alot - from restraunt recommendations to helping us locate our lost luggage and getting it delivered to the hotel .. the Food was good . The location of the hotel was the best , just opposite the basilica and walking distance to the major attractions.
This should be a 5 star hotel rather a 4 star …
The only downside to this was the size of the room , the room was small but it was neutralised by the size of the bathroom that had 2 sinks , a bathtub and shower area …
