Located at the foot of the Grand Canal, it is a well-decorated hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

A magical place! The terrace is peaceful and has wonderful views. Highly recommended.

If you get a Grand Canal view room, you might be little bit dissapointed that room actually is much smaller than it looks on their photos, but view is totally compensating that factor. It is really good location, very close to St. Marks cathedral, walkable and nice stores around. Not like Ponte de Rialto neighborghood, Realto bridge at the moment is one of the worst locations. Too busy, dirty and noisy. Monaco hotel is in the center of the most luxury stores. Not too crowded, has a very good access to water and streets at the same time. Would definitely go back again. Only real competitor to this hotel in my opinion is Hotel Daniele, but in front of the Daniele is always too crowded.

The breakfast place is very nice. The breakfast is average. The location is excellent. My only comment is that the receptionist is not friendly at all.

What a lovely way to start the day! We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best birthdays she’s ever had. One of the staff members — we don’t know his name — was incredibly kind and funny. He brought a candle to surprise my friend and made us smile with his great energy. And the most touching part? When we received the bill, we noticed they didn’t even charge us for the birthday cake we had ordered. It was their special gift to her. I’ve never experienced such thoughtful and generous service in a hotel restaurant before. A big thank you to that amazing staff member — your kindness made our morning truly unforgettable!
