Very nice location, clean hotel, and very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are a decent size, but the hairdryer in ours didn't work.

Nestled in the greenery, it offers a unique sense of tranquility. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It's a unique and well-maintained hotel.

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The pool is very nice. The friendliness at the reception desk could be improved.

A good choice for a short stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, service is friendly, and overall the hotel delivers well for its 3-star rating, even if it’s not brand new. What could be improved? We booked a lake-view room, but in the morning the windows were so dirty that they spoiled the otherwise romantic view. Also, the shower ventilation was surprisingly noisy. Still, these are minor issues compared with the overall pleasant experience.

I stayed for a weekend. The property is showing signs of age, and I think it was truly cutting-edge and luxurious when it was new. Despite this, I found the room very clean and spacious, the staff very friendly, there was convenient parking, and a lovely pool. The restaurant attached to the hotel offers an à la carte menu as well as a fixed-price menu (in my case, it was €20), which is unpretentious but still very acceptable. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would return. The lake is beautiful, but it too is showing its age, and I can understand the difficulty in maintaining it, etc. The breakfast was excellent, a buffet with various cakes and pastries, not very salty, but I was also completely satisfied with this. It's a quiet place.

Simple but clean hotel, good quality and variety of breakfast, convenient location in the Pistoia area, adjacent to the Fi Pi motorway.

Five stars for business trips. For a pleasure trip, perhaps with family, I'd choose something else.

Hotel in need of complete renovation The only things that are worth mentioning are the pool, the breakfast, and the courtesy of the reception staff; the rest is, to say the least, embarrassing. The hotel is literally falling to pieces; outside the window is a large awning covered in debris and guano. The outside of the building is cordoned off with a sign stating "parking is prohibited" to allow for truck maneuvering. In reality, parking is prohibited because debris is falling from the wall. The interior hasn't been modified in decades; a "telephone room" houses a dusty collection of phone books from the 1990s.
