Hotel Lago Verde Restaurant In Serravalle pistoiese

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel through SmartBox to celebrate the first days of 2026. It's not very nice from the outside, but everything else was really great. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and really good. The carrot cake was my favorite! Overall, a very pleasant experience!

An oasis of peace, surrounded by nature...excellent and plentiful food, welcoming and helpful staff. Large space, ideal for parties.

Excellent hotel and great stay. I didn't like the fact that they allow dogs in the breakfast area near the reception.not very hygienic. Hotels should be a Petri dish for animal diseases.

The hotel is nestled in a stunning natural setting. The building is dated. The breakfast quality could definitely be improved. The entire staff was extremely courteous and friendly.

The location and service were top-notch. However, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, walls, and shower. The fixtures were falling off.
