My partner and I stayed at the Hotel Italia for an event. Elda's welcome at check-in was wonderful, 5-star hospitality. The next day, at breakfast, we were greeted by Rossella, who, with her professionalism and hospitality, truly conveyed the essence of hospitality. The hotel is in a wonderful location, highly recommended. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. Salvatore & Omar
