Excellent hotel in a convenient location for travel (Bolzano 20 minutes away, as is the Alpe di Siusi). Large and comfortable rooms. The fact of having two bathrooms was much appreciated, one with a shower and sink and the other with a bidet, toilet and another small sink. The only small flaw was that the pillows were too low, but to be honest we didn't ask if they had any others. The SPA is very beautiful with Turkish bath, classic sauna, hay sauna, relaxation area, gym and indoor swimming pool. In summer there is also an outdoor swimming pool. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. In the three days of our stay, the three dinners were always excellent, with various dishes well cooked and well presented. Very efficient and friendly staff. There were 10 of us and a room was reserved just for us. A special thanks to Erica who served and pampered us with diligence and joy. In conclusion, highly recommended!

The Heubad is a hotel that won us over from every point of view, leaving us with a truly special memory. Our room, measuring over 40 square meters, was incredibly spacious, well furnished and equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Every detail was taken care of, making the environment welcoming and refined. The SPA department was also an element that deeply impressed us: large, modern and well organised, it offers a variety of saunas to satisfy every need. It is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a day of activity, thanks to the combination of relaxing environments and high-quality services. The cuisine, then, turned out to be a real surprise. The dishes offered are not only excellent, but also carefully presented. The wine list is very interesting. In summary, the Heubad is a place that we warmly recommend to those looking for a holiday of relaxation, comfort and good food, in a welcoming, quality atmosphere.

We know the hotel from several stays, especially before Corona and still under the management of the senior generation. We missed the great salad buffet in the evening, the large dining room had been remodeled, we previously found it much more comfortable and suitable and we didn't think the food was that great anymore. What we were also missing was some nice music in the background. Otherwise service, rooms, wellness area is very good.

We visited the hotel's restaurant as part of the Völser Kuchlkastl. We had a very good meal there and received excellent service in a pleasant atmosphere.

We stayed in this hotel in the week after August. Family-run hotel, well looked after, in an excellent location and with the best quality/price ratio (especially in the period we selected). We opted for the standard room, half board and the variety of sweets in the morning is minimal and repetitive and if you arrive after 8.30 some "new" sweets are already finished. There is a lot of variety in savory foods, however, especially since they are on sale if you want to take them with you for lunch (the only "negative" note for us Italians who love sweets for breakfast). The 5-course dinner really deserves a lot: variety and excellent quality, especially on the meat. The standard room is very spacious, but, in general, the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Convenience of the swimming pool both outdoors and indoors. For info, the space dedicated to the sauna is for nudists.
