Friendly staff, well-planted exterior, and spacious, clean but unattractive room... Very noisy hotel, echoing in the common areas... Breakfast could be better for a 4-star hotel.

Very pleasant hotel, attentive and caring staff, well-kept and clean rooms, very welcoming and good quality restaurant, exceptional setting, very beautiful swimming pool, greenery. We highly recommend.

Just returned from vacation with my son, very beautiful and well-kept place, very kind and professional staff, especially Mr. Giuseppe, the shuttle driver, punctual, precise and attentive, as well as very friendly.

The place is beautiful, and so are the rooms, but a bit pricey. The restaurant has limited choices, and practically nothing for children. Pasta with tomato sauce costs €10. The waiters need better training; if you ask two waiters for information, they can't always tell you different things. Aside from the reception, they need more smiles, which is the basis of hospitality. After all, guests pay for everything, including use of the pool.

Spacious rooms. Reception so-so.... upon arrival, they could have explained the property's amenities better without us asking a series of questions. The beach has a special agreement with the hotel, with umbrellas too close together. The location isn't the best, as there are some sewage leaks due to the proximity to the sewage treatment plant. The food isn't great, repetitive, and the sorbets are overly sweet and nauseating. A pleasant touch was the statue of the Madonna in the large park surrounding the property.

Beautiful exterior, large, clean room. Big problem with the catering. Breakfasts not worthy of a 4-star hotel but pleasant staff overall. Except for the pizzeria manager (tall, dark-haired man with glasses) who is incompetent, unpleasant, and unprofessional. His place is at McDonald's.

Very well-kept structure. Swimming pool at the restaurant both immersed in a wonderful garden with huge and exotic plants. Very beautiful.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La struttura è immersa in un giardino curatissimo, fantastico per chi viaggia con i cani 🐶 la piscina, seppur non grandissima, è molto carina. Uno dei punti di forza è sicuramente la posizione strategica per esplorare tutto il Salento. Ottima la colazione, Il ristorante, invece, ha margini di miglioramento. Carinissima la governante. Nel complesso, una struttura bellissima, perfetta per una vacanza rilassante e come base per scoprire le meraviglie del Salento.
