Fabulous, family run small hotel. The new pool is very good with sunbeds always available. There is a small pool bar with snacks and drinks. The owners helped wherever possible., with directions, recommendations, bus tickets and a really nice vineyard tour.
We had two weeks here, giving us plenty of time to visit local sites such as Cinque Terre and Siene/San Gimignano (on tours) and Pisa, Lucca and Florence (by bus/train - very cheaply compared to UK train fares).
Easy stroll to the beach and a huse promenade to walk along. We were only B&B, so ate out every night.
