Courteous and kind. Ms. Simona and her family made sure we had a wonderful holiday. The food was excellent.

Friendliness, cleanliness, mattresses, kitchen, and all excellent value. We also found the location very convenient, as it's right at the beginning of town coming from the highway. Thank you.

One of the few remaining hotels, perfect location, excellent value for money, excellent food, clean and comfortable rooms, easy parking, kind and efficient managers.

Small, dated but clean room. Small bathroom and uncomfortable shower. Minimal breakfast. I would have preferred a cappuccino with fresh milk, not shelf-stable milk. Homemade desserts and dinner. Suitable for older guests without too many expectations. Family-run and very helpful.

We stayed in this very nice hotel located in a quiet location just a few steps from the center of Chianciano... the managers are special people... very kind and helpful... the hotel is equipped with all comforts... spotless rooms... excellent cuisine... everything very well taken care of... the hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful villages in Tuscany and Umbria... what can I say? We were pleasantly satisfied and therefore... highly recommended!!!

Small, family-run hotel located a minute's walk from the bus station. Simona and her father, sensitive to environmental issues and waste, were truly kind and welcoming. The room and bathroom were super clean. Delightful solarium (terrace) with a hammock and breathtaking views of the green hills. Rich breakfast buffet with vegan and gluten-free options (really good!)
