The hotel is right in the main square of Macugnaga. Alessandra, at the reception, was very friendly and, with a map in hand, informed us of all the possible excursions. Breakfast was excellent, everyone was kind and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean! What can I say...we'll be back.
