We were just in the restaurant. This review therefore does NOT refer to the hotel. The service was nice, the landlady was friendly, but in my opinion the food wasn't as outstanding as described in other reviews. The vegetables were bland, the sauce wasn't anything special, the portion size wasn't particularly generous considering the price and the presentation was unimaginative. You can't go wrong, the food is reasonable, but unfortunately I can't understand the 5-star reviews.

My family (4) love our time in the restaurant.. we had our dinner twice, great choice. The food didn't disappoint.. love the hosiltality. The potato, the steak, the goulash soup.. I mean EVERY FOOD is worth tasting🥰🥰

È il terzo anno che torniamo in questo ristorante ed ogni anno abbiamo il piacere di vedere come la qualità dei piatti sia sempre elevata. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Stasera abbiamo preso due filetti, con abbondante contorno di verdure e patate. Simpatia e cortesia di tutto il personale. È sicuramente tra i migliori di Selva!

We ate two dinners in a row at Des Alpes. The first evening the place was a bit crowded and there were some delays in service, but nothing serious, especially taking into account that the lady kindly offered us dessert as an apology. Therefore we decided to go back again, and never was a more appropriate choice: all delicious dishes, in particular we appreciated the goulash and the dumplings. Very kind waitresses (we will remember Vicky).

Ottimo ristorante con specialità di carne . Ambiente accogliente , personale gentile e disponibile . Servizio veloce . Abbiamo mangiato carne e assaggiato 4 dolci diversi . Tutto buonissimo

Ristorante Hotel Pinei Nature & Spirit

18/12/2024: We stayed at the Hotel Pinei as two couples for a relaxing weekend in December and it was much nicer than expected! We particularly liked the cleanliness, whether in the room, dining area or wellness area. The food in general was very tasty, rich and beautifully presented. Price-performance fits 100% here! We will definitely come back.
16/12/2024: Beautiful hotel a stone's throw from Val Gardena. Located at 1400 meters in Passo Pinei, it is the ideal structure for those who want to visit one of the most beautiful areas of South Tyrol Discovered thanks to an email sent to ValGardena.it, the hotel was the destination of our family holiday. We really appreciated: - breakfast and dinner with very varied and abundant menus - free transfer service from the hotel to Ortisei - spa area with beautiful swimming pool - the tranquility and beauty of the landscape - the possibility for children to sled next to the hotel in a very large space - being able to go on excursions because the hotel has an agreement with ValGardena Active Only flaw: slightly uncomfortable mattresses Hotel absolutely recommended!!!

Santnerpasshütte - Rifugio Passo Santner

02/09/2024: The new Sandnerpass Hut is a stunner! It is beautifully situated at around 2700 meters and when you climb up from the via ferrata and see it standing there in the sun you are speechless! The hut is very modern, well equipped and the food and drinks are great! Priced at the top end. But the taste and quality are worth it! The hosts are super nice and very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay here
02/09/2024: A masterpiece of geometry and technology which, in my humble opinion, appears perfectly in line with our times and with the future that awaits us. I don't agree with the criticisms at all given that the structure, in addition to being perfectly connected with the color of the environment in which it is located, uses sustainable materials both externally and internally. Let's not forget that a refuge, in addition to offering catering services, must provide shelter in case of emergency and today's dimensions certainly allow it to accommodate more people than before, where places were significantly more limited. As for the service, the strudel was excellent, plentiful and beautifully presented. In Italy, it is always an immense effort to embrace innovation, because sometimes we are too tied to the classic dogmas of tradition!
