Good hotel just outside the historic center of Assisi. Large, clean and well furnished room. The bathroom was clean, but a little old. The restaurant is excellent. Stunning panorama towards the valley.

Questa è una vera tenuta immersa nel verde ed in una totale pace.
Proprietari di una disponibilita' esemplare, personale squisito, locali pulitissimi, cibo ottimo ed abbondante, prezzi molto giusti. La pizza è buona, impasto basico, ma ad ognuno il suo gusto.................
Dolci eccezionali.
Ci rivedremo signori, consigliatissimo!!!!!!!

We stayed here for a couple of days. Everything about our stay was great. The room service, the restaurant, location, parking.
The only let down was the breakfast, which I'm glad I had after the dinner, otherwise I wouldn't have gone for it. Very underwhelming options of below average quality. But don't let it fool you, the food from the restaurant is really great.

Splendid place, well-kept farmhouse and excellent for relaxing among expanses of greenery and a large well-kept swimming pool... not to mention the excellent and above all abundant food! Absolutely recommended to everyone without distinction!

We were guests of this facility last week, we had a great time, ample parking, nice swimming pool, excellent cuisine with generous portions, the friendliness of Gianfranco, his wife and his staff made up for some small imperfections. Very cool reception with little information about the room. Bed was fine and shower too.
The room itself is uncomfortable, but we come for the outdoors. Restaurant has good food with involved chef.
During our stay, the terrace and restaurant were also used as childcare for children of non-guests.
