We stayed at Da Angelo to celebrate our parents' golden wedding anniversary and everything was perfect!! Delicious food, comfortable and super quiet room, beautiful pool, very kind staff! A fantastic view! Surrounded by greenery but only 4 minutes from the center of Assisi (with a very convenient shuttle)! You can't miss it!!!! ♥️

A very family-run hotel. The owners and staff are very friendly. The center of Assisi can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. For those who don't want to walk, there are buses; the hotel provides schedules. We opted for half-board and were very happy with it. The food was very good, generous portions, and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place, breathtaking view. The rooms are a bit retro, but OK. I recommend a shower stand. Very nice pool. Very clean. A little more cheerfulness from the owners wouldn't hurt!

I stayed one night at the Hotel Ristorante D'Angelo on our return trip from the Marche region, planning to visit Assisi. The rooms are standard, clean and tidy, perfect for a short but comfortable stay. The real surprise was the dinner: truly excellent and plentiful dishes, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The hotel also has a beautiful pool, ideal for relaxing, and ample parking, very convenient for those traveling by car. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent: there's a bus stop nearby that takes you directly to Assisi, making visiting the city quick and easy. A pleasant stay, recommended for those seeking a good balance between comfort, excellent cuisine, and relaxation.

Only tried the restaurant. Fast service, good location, clean premises and bathrooms, portions not proportionate to the prices, local wine only by the bottle starting at €9. Mixed appetizer €12, classic first courses €13 maximum, non-typical meat main courses €15 maximum, side dishes €4-5.

EXCELENTE, COMO SIEMPRE. Sencillo acceso en auto. Parking propio del hotel. Buen hotel, limpio, tranquilo. Recepcionistas (supongo que son los dueños) muy amables. Buen desayuno. Buena carta del restaurante. Buena comida y buena carta de vinos. La moza que nos atendió derrochaba simpatía. Todo bien. ABSOLUTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

21/08/2025: A trattoria with room options in Santa Maria degli Angeli, 3 km from Assisi. I stayed for two, one night with breakfast, and then dined there that evening. I had a very good set menu with a choice of starters, main courses, and side dishes. Breakfast was served at our tables. In addition to drinks (coffee, cappuccino, etc.), we also found croissants and braided pastries, toast, yogurt, jam, and Nutella on the table. The place is very charming, with a stone structure and just a few km from Assisi. It was my first time there, but I'll definitely be back. I recommend it to anyone visiting Assisi. The staff was very professional and friendly.

30/05/2025: Una cena eccezionale,dall’inizio alla fine. Servizio curatissimo,locale piccolo ,accogliente e avvolgente tutto perfetto per una cena a mio avviso indimenticabile. Una menzione speciale all’uovo morbido con piselli fave e carciofi fritti,alla granita che lo accompagnava e alla granita che accompagnava la tartare. Eccezionale il piccione,eccezionale! Un piatto che avrei voluto non finisse mai! I dolci! La panna cotta al rochefort con miele alla lavanda e fichi era incredibile,il dolce migliore negli ultimi anni. Pazzesco! Andatevi ,tornateci ,non lasciatelo scappare! Il conto? Non economico ,giustamente non economico,il lavoro che c’è dietro è grande e importante. Va bene aver speso quello che abbiamo speso. Torneremo! Grazie a Fabio e a tutto lo staff
