01/03/2026: We have stayed at the Castello twice and both times were amazed by the level of service and the quality of the food. Even in the Barolo region where restaurants are held to a very high standard Denise’s menu is a cut above. All these rhapsodic reviews from seasoned travelers are well deserved. I look forward to a third visit.

From the moment we arrived, Denise and her incredible staff delivered a level of service that can only be described as top-notch perfection. Every detail was anticipated, every need was met before we even knew we had it, and every interaction felt genuinely warm and personal. It was fun, hands-on, charmingly educational, and absolutely delicious. Denise has an incredible gift for teaching and making everyone feel like part of something special.
