Hotel Corborant In Vinadio

A very clean and comfortable hotel with a loyal clientele. The restaurant offers well-prepared, traditional local dishes in generous quantities. A plus is the thermal water pool with a pleasantly warm temperature. The service is friendly and informal.

A cuisine that reminded me of Sunday lunches as a boy. You didn't know what you were going to eat, but you knew it was good. A family atmosphere, good, authentic food, and huge sandwiches for hiking. Thanks to the Bagnis family.

During a meeting between comrades we had a typical lunch of the upper Valley with products cooked to perfection. I did not stay so I cannot express an opinion but the location is spectacular.

A restaurant from another era, the Corborant, you eat without choosing a menu that changes every evening by choice of others, certainly a shame. The dishes, although lacking presentation, are well cooked, with variable portions (the appetizers are tastings) served in bursts and sometimes with a request for seconds. The place is airy, clean and the table well set, it makes the single slice of bread that is set for the individual customer disappear. Two consecutive dinners and twice that no one offers you a digestive at the end of the meal, not that it is important but a sign of hospitality would be appreciated.

A comfortable hotel with exceptional quality meals. Everything is homemade with table service: 3 starters, a minestrone, game, dessert, always available for second helpings if you wish, but be careful to keep room for dessert.
