Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel not very convenient to the sea and no shuttle service or agreement with the beach. No fridge in the room.

A beautiful hotel, 60s style, where I stayed with my family peacefully and happily for 5 days, finding real, sincere and attentive people, from the owner to the waiters... which is now rare! Quality and varied cuisine, with truly unforgettable "first courses"! Abundant breakfast with magnificent cakes, always different, made daily by the chefs! Surrounded by greenery, the structure appears a little dated but for this reason it is fascinating and still always modern, functional and comfortable with large rooms where you can have breakfast and lunch in absolute freedom. The presence of an upright piano, kindly made available to my son who studies it, also brightened our presence! The large sofas in the reception area are also comfortable where you can relax among the beautiful and colorful paintings hanging on the walls. I highly recommend it, especially to families with children like mine, given the possibility of using the beautiful and clean swimming pool, a center of attraction and play for them as well as relaxation for us adults. We stayed in this hotel today, I can recommend it to everyone, clean swimming pool and polite and helpful staff, clean room and also clean bathroom, excellent air conditioning. Unfortunately, my daughter felt ill and we left the room after three hours and the manager of the facility was kind, making us pay a small sum. We will definitely return

I enjoyed my time staying at Hotel Conchiglia. Upon entering the staff were kind and welcoming. Tidy and clean room. Breakfast was decent, it was the same everyday. It would have been nice if it was different. The location is good because its a 15 min walk to Mondello beach 😊 Thank you to all the staff there. I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Conchiglia
