Nice hotel, very clean, excellent staff, always open reception, pool open all day, varied and good breakfast. I will gladly return.

Quiet hotel for families and children.

I got super lucky in finding the HCD available at the last minute on a very busy holiday week in Mondello. It's a beautiful walk to the beach/lidos (Highly recc Lido Valdesi!), and piazza for more nightlife. The hotel has been around for a long time and it shows a bit, my room only had an orange stained glass window facing the courtyard so I had no idea what time of day it was, lol. Def ask for a balcony overlooking the pool and sunset if they have any available! But I wanted to make sure to leave a review bc the staff is what makes it feel like home. Thank you to the lovely concierge and my lovely waitress at dinner each night. So sorry I didn't get your name! She and the concierge team went out of their way to find me with a delicious cake on the morning of my birthday. Extra special moment, yes I cried!

The hotel itself is unfortunately quite dated. The rooms and bathrooms seem old, some even moldy, and you had to pay extra for a refrigerator unless you had a "deluxe" room. The location, however, was very nice – only about a ten-minute walk to the sea. What really made the stay special, however, was Stefanie at the reception. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and took care of everything with great dedication. Her friendly manner made you feel immediately welcome and in good hands. With her warmth and care, Stefanie made sure you felt very comfortable despite the hotel's shortcomings. A huge thank you to her – she was and still is simply the best! In conclusion: The hotel itself has a few flaws, but thanks to Stefanie, the stay became a wonderful memory.

Dated hotel, 10-15 min walk from the beach and center of Mondello. Breakfast is ok. Strong suit is the pool area.

the staff dont understand english at all, in my room were alot of bugs, the bedsheets were stained and disgusting, the style is outdated, the elevator is probably from world war 2, and the breakfast was ok

The highlight is the staff, truly all smiling, kind, and always ready with a joke, advice, and a willingness to help guests. Equally important is that it's truly pet-friendly; my dogs had a wonderful time! The rooms and common areas are clean, simple, and functional, in line with a 3-star rating. Good sweet and savory breakfast. I also tried the restaurant one evening, and the food was very good. Convenient on-site parking. A 10-minute walk from the beach... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and thank you for contributing to a wonderful holiday! 🤩

Beautiful property surrounded by greenery, equipped with a swimming pool; located a short distance from the seaside resort of Mondello, highly professional, kind and courteous staff, spotless rooms, excellent breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and authentic hotel. The atmosphere is incredibly homey, with a quaint and original style that really sets it apart. Everything was spotless and comfortable, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel warm and personal. One of the highlights was the excellent local cuisine—delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The swimming pool was also a pleasant surprise: clean, well-maintained, and never crowded. If you're looking for a place with character, comfort, and genuine hospitality, this is it. Highly recommended! :)

Hier ist schnell mit dem Bus in Palermo und wohnt in der Nähe vom Strand. Man wird sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Palermo selber ist sehr schön, mit Rom vergleichbar. Der Swimmingpool lässt den Abend ausklingen. Wir kommen wieder!
