Wonderful family Well raccomanded for their hospitality Been going 2023 and 2024 Our cousins from Alessandria PTE join us very happy 😊 Also to our request we enjoyed the typical pasta con sarde caponata sarde a beccafico cozze marinara was delicious .

The property is not new but the staff and property are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool and ample parking. It's now my go-to stop. Highly recommended!!!

Dated environment, but comfortable and well located in the Mondello district. It has an outdoor swimming pool and parking adjacent to the structure.

Our stay at Hotel Conchiglia D'Oro was overall positive. The room was good and had air conditioning which really made a difference on the hot days. The reception was open 24 hours a day and the staff were very friendly, helpful and service oriented. They even helped us to buy bus tickets directly at the reception, which made our trip to Palermo city easier. The bus stop was only an 8-10 minute walk away, and it was also close to Mondello Beach - a fantastic beach where you can enjoy both morning and evening activities. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. The breakfast was okay, I would give it 6/10. The selection was somewhat limited, but the service was good even there. The hotel pool was really lovely and the water became even cleaner after a few days. For those who drive, there is also parking, which was a big plus. However, one of the disadvantages of the hotel was that the wifi in the room was very weak. On the ground floor, down at the reception, the wifi worked well, but in our room on the second floor the signal was poor and we often couldn't get any internet connection at all, despite having modern phones like iPhone 13 and iPhone 15 Pro. We raised this with the front desk, and although they tested the wifi and said it was working, it was still a problem for us throughout our stay. Another minus was the buffet at the hotel. Arriving late on the first night, we were hungry and decided to try the hotel's dinner, which cost 30 euros per person. Unfortunately, it was not worth the price at all - the selection was limited and it would have been both cheaper and better to eat at one of the nearby restaurants, which we unfortunately only discovered later. In summary, Hotel Conchiglia D'Oro is a nice hotel with good service and nice facilities such as pool and parking. The location near Mondello Beach is also a big plus, but the wifi and the dinner buffet could be improved.
