I gave my partner the "relaxation" proposal sponsored on the location's website and we were both very satisfied. I am a lover of farm holidays and very often give this type of route to my partner. Very beautiful location, immersed in the nature of the Imagna Valley, very well looked after, young, kind, professional and well-trained staff. We thank the girl at the reception and the head nurse who really pampered us in everything, the waiter who served us at dinner was very sweet and impeccable in his service; My partner and I both work in the catering industry (organization of weddings and corporate events), he is a chef and often tends to be fussy but the only comment we feel like making concerns the tasting of the fried gnocco which in our opinion should be served hot. Everything else was flawless. Excellent refined cuisine, super breakfast, with zero km products, lots of choice ranging from sweet to savory, all very carefully presented (even the eye wants its part). I loved the room in the old stable, where breakfast was served, in my opinion an absolute gem of the farmhouse. The wild boar tagliatelle for dinner was amazing, the consistency of the pasta was excellent and the pairing with the olives was top! With great surprise I was able to enjoy apple pie without cinnamon, it is my favorite dessert but in most cases it is cooked with cinnamon which I don't like. The red wine paired with the dishes is also excellent. Not to be missed are the bread and breadsticks, produced by them with sourdough. In the afternoon we took advantage of the outdoor sauna and hydromassage, a beautiful sauna with a glass window overlooking the valley and a small hydro tub, private and with water at the perfect temperature. The price of the proposal is also excellent, with dinner including wine which in most cases I find excluded from the package. Congratulations guys, you are working really well!

Beautiful place in the middle of nature, restaurant and breakfast with excellent local food. The spa area with swimming pool, solarium and sauna is small but nice, suitable for hosting no more than ten/fifteen people. The only flaw was the hydromassage, the pool had a bit cloudy water and we chose not to try it. In general, very good service and a suitable location to escape a weekend just outside Bergamo. The offers offered on their website are very convenient!

Cascina in collina vicina a Bergamo. Comoda anche da Milano. Cucina ricercata (a volte troppo), che spinge verso l'eleganza e si allontana dal concetto di cascina può piacere o no, ma comunque si mangia bene. Prezzo da ristorante. Ampia scelta di vini molto apprezzata. Servizio cortese.

Un po’ tortuoso il percorso per arrivare ma lo spettacolo che si presenta vale assolutamente la strada percorsa. La cascina vista di sera si presenta con una illuminazione all’entrata che nel buio della vallata fa rimanere incantati. Location molto accogliente con degli interni molto caratteristici anche se arredato in maniera minimal. Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente che ti segue con molta attenzione pur nella discrezione. Cucina eccellente con abbonamento a prima vista leggermente azzardati ma che alla prova ti lasciano stupefatti per qualità e sapori molto delicati. Ottima la qualità dei salumi tipici nel tagliere di assaggio e il carpaccio di sedano rapa, battuta di funghi e ravanelli agri, come antipasti, ma il pezzo forte, per quanto provato, sono i primi. Se ottimi si possono definire anche i casoncelli tipici della zona ed eccellente il Risotto alle castagne, ginepro, coda di manzo e grué di cacao, qualcosa in più sono stati gli Gnocchi di zucca, zenzero, fico e Caprazola. Un tripudio di sapori decisi nel prodotto singolo ma delicati allo stesso tempo per il perfetto abbinamento globale assolutamente da provare. Buono lo spezzatino di vitello ai funghi porcini ottima carta dei vini, per tutte le fasce di prezzo senza perdere in qualità. Unico appunto in una serata perfetta è stato il tiramisù, prodotto con una ottima crema al mascarpone ma con assenza di caffè o perlomeno con la presenza di un liquido abbastanza annacquato che sapeva poco e niente di caffè). Il tiramisù ha una sua storia ed una sua preparazione precisa da cui non si può trascendere e se si vuole fare qualcosa di “rivisitato” (che piaccia o meno) va specificato bene. Dettagli non trascurabili in una cucina veramente eccellente assolutamente da provare. Prezzi medio-alti ma adeguati alla qualità ed alla location.

Welcoming and pleasant structure. We stayed here for one night, taking advantage of the outdoor spaces such as the swimming pool and sauna and enjoying dinner at the property's restaurant. The menu proposal was quite varied and the view from the terrace was an excellent accompaniment to the tasting of local products. The breakfast was truly excellent.

Congratulations for everything, spectacular location, delicious food, wonderful climate, excellent cleanliness and attention to detail But above all, two things really amazed me: the first was the kindness of all the staff, simple and helpful. Always with a ready smile The second is the fact that they make everything by hand, the bread, the focaccia, the breakfast jams... Congratulations indeed!! I've been there many times, but I'm really satisfied with the last one. Price slightly high but certainly proportionate to the quality. I recommend the suckling pig with pak-choi
