Hotel Capri In Ponte nelle alpi

02/08/2024: Sent there by recommendation yesterday. Perfection from start to finish. Great bartenders, superb location, beautiful decor and most of all, exquisite food. The prices are somewhat higher but worth every penny. I ate onion spaghetti and raspberry muffin, my husband ate some mest and bluberry cheesecake. Cheesecake was really extra! Forgive my pictures of muffin, it looked better in reality🤓 Oh and let’s not forget the croquettes! Super tasty.

25/03/2024: La struttura appare di sera come un luogo magico, quasi alla sommità di un'altura, valorizzata da mille luci, molto scenografiche. La location risulta altrettanto spettacolare all'interno, con arredi almeno in parte in stile ampezzano e un camino illuminato in modo magnifico. A noi sono piaciute anche le pelli che rivestono le sedie. Il cibo provato è risultato eccellente, in particolare la pancia di maialino è squisita; notevole l'insalata di carciofi e pecorino; meraviglioso il babà servito flambé. Personale competente, gentile, motivato e molto disponibile: il servizio in effetti è risultato impeccabile. Prezzi alti, com'è logico aspettarsi; un solo rilievo in merito ai ricarichi sui vini, veramente forti (potrebbero essere un po' più contenuti...).
