I only used the relaxation area with the pool. The exterior is well-kept and spotlessly clean. The reception staff is very kind. Very quiet place.

You can hear everything as soon as someone leaves or enters a neighboring room... the doors slam. You can hear chairs, suitcases, and other things being moved around.

23/12/2025: Terrible service. I arrived with my list in Portuguese and translated it into Italian because I don't know the fish. The store was empty. I said good morning and started looking at the fish when this lady came up to me and immediately asked me what I wanted. In a rude way, I said I was choosing, and she insisted, rushing me even though the store was empty and always rude. It's incredible how people work with so much ill will; the day becomes heavy for everyone.
03/12/2025: Good quality, if the counter assistant was a little more polite it wouldn't hurt.

10/03/2026: Good pizza, well-cooked, with distinctive flavors and well-made dough. Excellent, large pizzas. Good prices and a wide variety of options, cooked in a wood-fired oven. Service was quick; we had our pizzas in 10 minutes. Plus, all the staff were very friendly. The space is very nice and new, very well-maintained, and has plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs.
