Hotel Astigiana Restaurant In Varazze

Aside from the small size that is typical of Liguria, we found it to be a good place, clean and with friendly management.

Rooms are passable, dinner is average but overpriced at €50 per person, we were dining in a great restaurant! Breakfast is average. Garage charges €30, but it doesn't exist because it's 1 km away. Overall, the only nice thing was the kindness of the waitress who served us really well.

We stayed one night for a weekend at the seaside. The hotel is located in the center a few steps from the beach. Both the structure and the rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but well kept. We opted for half board (dinner drinks not included), the restaurant reflects the hotel, but personally the dinner that was served to us is not worth 40 euros more than the basic rate, I recommend trying the restaurants in the area, certainly much nicer and much better. Being family-run, the service was quite courteous except for an unfortunate joke made at the time of payment (I hope the result of a misunderstanding). Ah... the tourist tax must be paid in cash even if no municipal website mentions this obligation and certainly the customer should be warned in advance.
